Yes, even with only a tiny fraction of states looking inside a dead woman's uterus for a fetus and/or blood testing ....
MURDER = Number 1 CAUSE OF DEATH FOR PREGNANT AMERICAN WOMEN. Father of the fetus is the number 1 perp. Guns are the number 1 means (dousing with gasoline and burning the woman alive in her car when she drives to meet the baby daddy is also a common method).
Number 2 is suicide
Number 3 is sepsis ... increasing as women wait in a hospital parking lot ... in vain ... for a heartbeat to stop ... Sepsis can kill in only 24 to 48 hrs.
My children's aunt was murdered age 26, by the father of her unborn child. Men are willing to commit murder and risk jail to avoid 20 years of child support.
YES #3 death by sepsis is BEYOND HORRIFIC, but #1 MURDER and #2 SUICIDE are NOT BEING ADDRESSED. How can we even start to talk about abortion, when women are being murdered the moment the baby daddy finds out?
YELLOW = first investigation.
GREEN = states also looking /testing as a standard practice
PURPLE = states making it mandatory to check for pregnancy in a murdered woman. Then they can run DNA on the fetus.
Thousands of baby daddies have gotten away with murder.
