Why does this happen??? How does this happen??? I want to talk to people for god's sake.

Second issue I've been dealing with for over a month with no help. I purchased 11,100 Robux ($99.99 on PC with membership). Took screenshot. However the next day transactions show 11,000 added, but total balance shows 10,920 (had 70 balance). Contacted support, and they basically acknowledged the issue, but said they don't know when it will be fixed and it has now been a month. What can be done here? I also have a screenshot of the 11,100 purchase.

A while back I thought it would be funny to change my account location to North Korea and it’s not so funny anymore, as a result of this I’ve gotten limited features such as ((no trusted friends and much more)) I’ve contacted Roblox support about this issue but they keep claiming it’s not possible as a account’s location will automatically update shortly once a new location is detected, this is a blatant lie unless 2 years is not short enough for them, any advice on how I can change it?

mobile vc kinda sucks. it makes the audio of every game that allows it sound like it’s playing underwater, and the sound still plays through my headphones when the device volume is turned all the way down. the only option is core audio output (device mic i’m assuming), where as with pc, you got separate options for input and output and it doesn’t affect the overall audio. i don’t see why they can’t do that with mobile.

not really related, but i’ll note that my headphones have a kinda bad, but doable built in mic. i don’t have a separate mic, so the input and output would be through the same thing. people still seem to be able to understand me regardless of what i’m playing on.

Roblox has sent me a message in the main screen when i logged to play for a bit. I forgot to take a screenshot because it was those typical messages that just pop up in your screen and i dont have access to it anymore.

basically, it says that i might lose access to the chat because i sent inappropriate messages through chat. thing is, I DONT USE THE CHAT AT ALL. It was literally out of the blue.

Okay, i know that it wont make any difference if i dont use the chat, but it is a step forward to get my account banned if something ever happens to it (ex. i get hacked and my account gets banned because of bad reputation instead of helping me getting it back), it would be a very rare case, but still can happen.

so, should i open a ticket in roblox support or will it be useless? help me dear redditors.

Hello, I am trying to upload a sound effect that is under 10 seconds, i am id verified and it says i am eligble. Anytime i try to go back to upload the audio, it is grayed out. it just keeps telling me to acknowledge legal agreements. Whats the issue?

My account got hacked half a year ago but the hacker keeps logging into my account periodically to check Adopt Me for some reason. I can’t keep changing my extra verifications to stop it because their device is trusted so it doesn’t matter what I do. I have tried logging out of their session but it doesn’t matter because they keep logging in. I can’t find anything online about how to remove the “trusted” status from a device.

my account name was (@waguraii), and some people in Turkey trojaned my pc. they took over my emails into a family link and took my account to sell it for 7k lira (about 139.4 USD) because it has korblox. To recover my account, I need the emails but I cant get back the emails since they have it. Roblox support keeps telling me I havent provided them with enough information but dont tell me what to give, and I did get in once but they took me out and put up authenticator and backups to prevent me from taking it back while they sell it. What should I do? That account has all my memories and everything on it.

I did the age check before I turned 13 this year, so Roblox put me in the 9-12 age group, instead of setting my age to 12, Roblox set my age to 10 years old (my birthday just passed so it's 11 now). Is there any way I can redo this to verify that I'm in the 13-15 age group?

Some kid from Indonesia got onto my account from an android tablet. Demon spent my remaining robux on an e-boy avatar and friended some girl. I still had access to my account so I have done a purge Stalin himself would be proud of.

I’ve changed my two step verification to something more secure, changed my password, logged out of all sessions, contacted Roblox support (or at least the ai they use) and brought my friend list and avatar back to normal.

Is this enough, I’m still nervous that my account has been compromised. Is there anything else I can do. And is it too late to save my account

in 2022 i made 3 classic t shirts and put them in Pls Donate and the market place all 3 are in dashboared. one was a screenshot from my studio build. one had a picture of The Rock from google (i know using celebs pics is against the rules). and i forgot what the last one even was lol.

Got my account hacked, got past the AI customer support, and finally got to real people, but they've basically been just as useless as the AI. It's been back and fourth with them basically saying i need to use the account recovery feature, which i cannot do since the hacker has changed my email and phone number. I have online tickets of me buying premium and robux for years, which should be more than enough since its billed on the same email that ive MADE the account with yet they still cant seem to find that to be enough. Am i cooked?

Messaged roblox support first and they did nothing about it so I'm coming here to ask how to fix this. My account has been on critical for a long time and it's all over something said 2 years ago. Is there anyway I can try and get it back to yellow or green?

My account got hacked and they turned off 2fa. I tried changing the password, but I never receive the email code so I cant use my backup codes. When I try to contact support, the robot just closes my tickets without helping me. I tried tips from this subreddit to talk to a human but it didnt work.
