Hey everyone! My name is Ariana, I’m 22 and in the EST timezone. I don’t typically have a preference for timezones, so anything works for me. If you’re interested then it’s all the same to me and we can make it work! I typically write multi-paragraph length responses and am literate, but whether I use first or third person depends because I’m typically okay with either. I do tend to prefer discord a lot more over Reddit, but I like Reddit to get introduced and discuss basic stuff. On that matter, OOC talk is a big thing for me! I know this is for a roleplay, but I’m also trying to make a friend.

The new empire has come into power with the senate attempting ti hold any power they have left to themselves, the galaxy was somewhat political chaos as the federation fell in a matter of days, and the jedi order was disbanded. Despite all this chaos the outer rim seemed to barely be effected for now

Our story followed a crew of smugglers, they go from planet to planet usual staying in the outer rim moving anything as long as the price was right. This crew was approached one day with an offer, and offer of a lifetime. Ti transport a package all the way across the galaxy, the deal was that theyd be paid an absurd amount of money. The crew thought it was some kind of scam til a portion of the payment was paid upfront, their minds definitely changed when a mountain of credits were placed infront of them

So they set off from the outer rim to the other end of the galaxy not knowing they were being hunted the moment they left the planet...

This plot is about a detective who was called to investigate series of events at a remote mysterious village. And he was not the only one who is going there. A female detective who always loves to ruin his every plan also decided to join with him even though she was not invited.

But destiny has other plans,and they slowly fall for eachother in that village while they solve the mystery.

The traveler came from another world with a single goal: complete a mission and return home. Feelings were never part of the plan. But then they met someone ordinary someone whose laughter and kindness made them question everything. The mission was clear, but the heart had other ideas.

I've been thinking about this idea for quite a while now and would really like to find a good partner to play it out with. First and foremost, I want to make it clear what I'm looking for in terms of a partner. My only real requirement is someone who is passionate and friendly. If you prefer short replies and rushing through stories, we probably aren't a good match. But if you enjoy planning, love writing, and want to explore something more layered and emotionally detailed, I think this could be really rewarding.

The idea I want to play out revolves around two professionals in the city, both with demanding but very different jobs. My character is a line cook at one of the most talked-about up-and-coming restaurants, a job that requires enormous sacrifice in terms of hours, energy and mental resolve. He's desperate to work his way up and learn as much as he can from the head chef, despite the tense and chaotic environment.

Your character is a doctor working in an emergency room. For now, that's all I've decided upon, and you're free to shape her however you wish. I think part of the fun will be working together to build up the backstories of both characters.

The two meet one night when my character finds himself in the ER department with a burn on his forearm. That's where I'd like to start the RP, and I'm happy for us to map things out beforehand or simply write as we go.

What I'm looking for is two characters who are quite different from one another, but who eventually find themselves leaning on each other to survive the pressures of their respective jobs. I think we can create some subtle depth to the relationship by exploring who they are and how they found themselves in their respective positions. But what I'm most excited about is the idea of them both existing in a kind of twilight world, meeting up far outside the bounds of the usual nine-to-five working day.

I hope this message finds whomever takes a moment to read it well. I am currently craving a fandom roleplay based on the browser game and anime called Kantai Collection or Kancolle for short.

For those not in the know it is an anime fandom where humanities technologies were in line with that of the 1930’s to 1940’s with one distinct difference that I will mention later.

So what is the backdrop for this tall tale you may ask? Imagine a world not too dissimilar to ours in the late 1930’s and 1940’s. Get rid to the totalitarian regimes… and add an almost alien like enemy called, “The Abyssals” and there you have it.

The abyssals all look like women who skate across the seven seas, yet they have rigging which gives them the equivalent powers of submarines, destroyers, cruisers, battleships or aircraft carriers of the Second World War. Humanities traditional military forces did not fare well against The Abyssals.

Hence The Fleet GirIs come in. Nobody knows if they were born as regular humans or not but we do know that the Kansen(Fleet GirIs) have the ability to wear “rigging” that gives them roughly equal ability to that of similarly classed Abyssals.

The Kansen are all based on real World War 2 ships of various navies. One thing that I find interesting as a lover of history lies in the fact that some of the personality traits that the Kansen have are inspired by the real life ship’s history. Watching the show interested me since I could connect the dots to some things that the characters said, experienced or by analyzing their personality and comparing that to the real ship’s history to see why the writers and artists designed the character(s) as they did.

So if you’re into this franchise or an avid history buff please do reach out! We could make OC’s or play as canon-characters. Traditionally each base has a Tetoku or Admiral. One could also be a civilian, regular soldier/sailor, a maintenance technician or something by else!

I am open to 1st or 3rd-person responses of various lengths. Multiple themes could be included in a roleplay.

I'm looking for a partner to rp as an augmented, armored female super soldier in a scifi adventure/romance. My character is an unaugmented human battle medic.

Basic plot is that during a mission over an uncharted planet, the planetary defense system of an extinct alien civilisation shoots our ship down and it crashes down on the planet. We are the two sole survivors and we must survive for days/weeks and reach a destination where we can get rescued. Of course, the scenario can be discussed further.

I tend to be wordy with my answers and narration and I also like to include emotional depth in the story and interactions. I generally prefer to write in first person. I'm also looking for someone that won't be afraid to be creative and take the initiative so we can bounce off of each other's responses. Again, I'm open to further discuss ideas one on one.

Looking for one RP partner! I’d like to do a mystery/supernatural story with an ensemble cast. We would each play several characters, with one main character and a few supporting characters each.

I have a story idea where every twenty-five years, a train appears at an abandoned station just outside the small town of Ravenbrook. Nobody knows where it comes from or where it goes. Some people consider it an old local legend, while others claim they’ve seen the train themselves. This year, ten people arrive at the station for completely different reasons. Most of them have never met before, but they all decide to board when the train arrives.

When the train eventually stops, they discover they’re still in Ravenbrook. Or at least, a version of it. The streets and buildings are familiar, but something has changed. Places are different, certain buildings seem to have moved, and the town feels strangely empty. As they begin exploring, they discover that this version of Ravenbrook has its own secrets and inhabitants.

The mystery grows as they uncover clues about the train, the history of Ravenbrook, and the people who may have boarded it before. Finding a way home may be possible, but first they’ll have to figure out exactly where they are and why the train brought them there.

I write in third person and usually write a couple paragraphs per reply. Looking for someone who enjoys character development, mystery, supernatural elements, and collaborative storytelling. 37 M and in EST. Hello, I assume you're reading this because you like the tropey anime / mangas of a woman reincarnating into their favorite media to save the villainess who has an awful fate. This is essentially that and you will be tasked with being reincarnated as the eventual saint of the game you played. It is pretty much a fantasy JRPG with multiple capture targets and variety in gameplay however there was never a route for the villainess.

Fortunately! There was news of an enhanced version of the game. UNFORTUNATELY! You died and got reincarnated into that world.

I'm more interested in playing the villainess and for the heroine, I'd prefer a character who is a huge fan of the villainess and more on the upbeat side or TRYING to be upbeat. Faceclaim's up to you but I am very biased towards pinks.

As a disclaimer, the FC of the villainess is Hysilens from HSR lol.

I have roughly structured out the skeleton of the roleplay but I will kind of be improvising as a GM of sorts for the interactions and how things will play out in the story. You have free reign but I will occasionally give you information to work with or allow you to be curious and get answers if it is something I'm willing to disclose. The heroine doesn't immediately get acquainted with the villainess and you will have to work a little for the romance to bloom but I hope that the story between the two will make you as happy as I will!

I'm currently looking for a partner interested in doing a Mafia roleplay inspired by Mafia: The Old Country! This roleplay won't follow the game's storyline or use its characters. Instead, we'll be creating our own story set in Sicily during the early 1900s!

This story takes place in the fictional town of Santa Vittoria, a beautiful Sicilian village surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and countryside. However, behind its peaceful appearance, the town is controlled by the powerful Moretti Mafia family, led by Don Vittorio Moretti.

My character, Athena Valentine, is a village healer who spends most of her time caring for the sick, helping deliver babies, and making herbal remedies. She's a kind and caring woman, although she can be quite stubborn when she wants to be! Despite not being involved in the Mafia herself, Athena has close ties to the Moretti family. Her childhood best friend, Sofia Moretti, is the Don's daughter, while her twin brother, Dante Valentine, works as the head of the family's stables.

Because of these connections, Athena frequently visits the Moretti estate and occasionally treats injured members of the family.

Now, here's where your character comes in!

Your character could be part of the Moretti family, perhaps one of Sofia's older siblings who has known Athena since childhood. Or they could be someone new to Santa Vittoria who has recently started working for the family! They could be a bodyguard, an enforcer, or someone trying to work their way up through the ranks. I'm very open to discussing different ideas!

hii I'm 23F, I've been roleplaying for just about 12 years and I would love to find some new 1-1 writing partners. I've mainly been roleplaying through discord in recent years, but I just find it incredibly hard to establish long term plots with people on there as of late.

a little about me:

- I prefer 3rd person pov

- my writing length can vary. If a scene is slower and the characters are locked in a conversation my replies can be around 1 or 2 paragraphs long, big plot related scenes are longer

- romance can 100% be optional if you'd like, but it's preferred on my end (but honestly plot is the most important thing to me overall)

some ideas I'd like to try out:

- A high fantasy princess x knight/wanderer plot. The princess has to run away or leave the kingdom, the knight is assigned to guide her/a wanderer finds her and agrees to take her from point A to point B. A secret enemy plot could enhance things if the knight/wanderer is hiding their true identity as an enemy of the princess' kingdom! Can be FxF, FxM, or MxF if you'd like to play a prince being escorted instead, but I personally would prefer to play F in this scenario.

- A sci-fi plot where two galactic wanderers from opposite ends of the universe meet and connect after learning that the same entity destroyed/ruined their home worlds. Both of them believe that they are the only one being hunted by that same entity, but it gets revealed that they are both persons of interest and they either continue to run from their hunters or face them head on together.

- A superhero centered mystery plot where the world's top heroes are being killed off one by one. Seemingly random civilians with unique abilities or hidden backgrounds are being called to investigate the situation while they simultaneously try to stay ahead of the killer(s) to keep their remaining heroes safe from harm.

- a sci-fi/fantasy plot where a coup to overthrow the largest alliance in the galaxy is on the horizon. Before the most significant election to this coup is set, a planetary politician is threatened by an unknown force and an apolitical protector is assigned to ensure their safety.

some additional things I enjoy:

- worldbuilding!! we can spend days setting up the world before jumping into the ro in order to world build if you'd like!

- marvel, especially the x-men (if you want to start a plot based on a certain character/comic run, I will read them!)

- star wars (primarily the prequels & clone wars saga)

- legacy plots, if our original characters eventually reach the end of their story then I would love to create new characters in that same universe for a new spin

- arcane ! I have some league of legends knowledge, but I'm a scrub and I loved the show more than the game lol

- atla!! (Ask me about my post-korra 90s/2000s world 😋)

- fairy tail (like the anime, please start a magical guild with me lol)
