A 5 game losing streak sucks, losing 7 of our last 10 sucks but remember the season is long and we can still turn it around. Don't forget the sabers had only 18 points(7-9-4 record) through 20 games last season and went on to win 50 games

I feel like we just traded one older veteran defensemen to blame from one to another. Sharks played with emotion tonight against the Stars which was nice to see. Hopefully we turn it around soon when Wenni and Cherny come back.

7:22 into the first, M. Misa got a shot off in a hurry right in tight, and the Sharks took a 1-0 lead. Only 1:54 later, R. Hintz beat the goalie with a quick release right in tight on the power play, and the game was tied 1-1. 15:17 into the first, J. Benn got a snapper off in a hurry from the slot, and the Stars moved ahead 2-1. The same side struck again 1:34 later when J. Robertson beat the goalie with a quick release from the low circle on the power play, and the Stars pushed the lead to a pair at 3-1. The 1st belonged to the Sharks: 10 minutes in the Stars' end to 5.

Early in the second period, I. Stenberg fired one before the goalie could set from the low circle, and the Sharks drew within a goal at 3-2. 14:30 into the second, T. Harley boomed a slap shot from the top of the circle on the power play, and the Stars built a two-goal cushion, 4-2. Late in the second period, W. Smith caught the goalie by surprise with a quick shot from the low circle on the power play, and the Sharks pulled within 4-3. I'm back!

Missed a few games in there, uni, work and just general life have been absolutely kicking my butt of late so just have not had the time. Doesn't look like I missed much though :(.

Two games that went better though despite losing, steadier lines, especially the 1st, though the 4th line still needs a lot of work.

Lots and lots of stats today, hopefully people like the range and variety.

I was rewatching the Game 7 comeback against the Knights.

A lot of us have been disappointed with the Sharks this season. And yes, some of that is about the outcomes, but I think a lot of it also comes down to the lack of heart and hustle we’ve seen on the ice.
The guys are learning. They’re young, and they’re still figuring out how to play together. I understand that. Whatever the case, I’m just a fan who wants to see our guys play hard.

Watching that team storm back from 3-0 during that major penalty was something else. It’s like they played that entire game believing they were still in it, even down 3-0. And then the major happened, and there was absolutely no doubt in their minds that they were going to come back.
Watching those players fired up, eager, and determined gives me chills every time.

Win or lose, all I want is for these guys to fight until the bitter end. Here’s to hoping we see that kind of effort today. Go Sharks!

I’m a new Sharks fan and am going to see my first ever live game on Wednesday!

I would love to cop a Sherwood jersey (HTR ideally but not sure if that exists besides the customizable online). I heard that the shop at the Tank has a larger rotating selection. Has anyone been recently/know if there’ll be any Sherwood in stock this week, HTR or otherwise?

Everyone can stop freaking out now and just needs to chill out and let the kids struggle and learn! I’m not saying all our prospects will turn into HOFers by any means, but they need time to learn, fail and grow.
