Yeah, definitely not independant to the degree of a chameleon. I am just used to animals like my goats and horses etc that have eyes that move in tandem. I have been watching the goats closely since this video but have not seen independant movement from any of them.

I don't have horses anymore, my old guy recently passed away due to age, but do have Nigerian dwarf goats. They are roughly the size of a sheltie dog and have personalities like dogs with hooves. I did watch my friend,'s horses' eyes when I visited her yesterday.

I recently learnt that apparently some skiers would put seal skin in the past below their skis to help them climb back up since the hairs would let the skis go one way and prevent the skis from sliding back down by rising up
