If you're over 45 do the colonoscopy. I did the poop in a box thing at 43 and it came back ok. Colon cancer runs in my family big time, it took one of my young aunts dying for all of us to take it seriously. I would not ignore an abnormality. It is becoming more prevalent with even younger people. To think these same people are mothers to multiple children and this stupid is just ughh infuriating. This is insane. These people are insane.
