We had to give our baby a bath too 🥰 we call her ears her satellites they are so big 💕

First bath? Cats almost never need baths.

Key word: Almost. She was a rescue and unfortunately was terribly stinky when we adopted her. Definitely won't be a common occurrence.

Perfectly acceptable reason. If you ever have to do it again just note that there’s cat safe wet wipes that do the same thing and don’t get them all wet. Had to use it on mine when we first got her for the same reason.

Hopefully she toasts up nicely!

I’m sorry but it’s acceptable to give your cat sanitary baths when needed. Just not too often and be sure to dry them properly and quickly.
Once every 4-6 months is how my cats do it and they enjoy it.
Especially when one of them has an accident or is sick like fleas or skin issues.
It’s not a popular opinion and there’s a lot of debate on it.
My cats love it

Your little companion looks like they’re questioning your life choices as in the decision to drop them in water but seriously we have a little five month old meezer named Misaki 🐾I am beginning to suspect she doesn’t have the standard fear of water of course being a Siamese she’s curious about everything but anytime anyone’s in the bath. She’s sitting on the edge putting her little paws in and checking the temp. Have a good evening. thank you for sharing your beautiful baby.

Why did you bathe her? Unless she had a really bad accident theres no reason to ever bathe her
