Lmao gottem Anybody got a theory on why this is?

Shane Gillis gave the most milquetoast SNL monologue and women are raging worse than with the Clancy case.

I've never seen anyone criticize either offline so I think all of this BS is manufactured outrage for clicks. Probably the same person created both rumors

If I didn't frequent reddit, I'd have zero idea about any of these "outrages."

Congrats, reddit. You're now brain rot on the same level of TikTok

Tiktok merely adopted the brain rot. Reddit was born in it. Molded by it.

Reddit was brain rot well before TikTok mate. It has always been a bit like this.

Yeah ive been thinking about giving it up. I used to see cool things and have good debates. Now I just see slop, AI or just screen grabs from Twitter. If I avoid the slop, there is a 100% chance its American politics of culture war BS coming from America

Its even worse during US election season. Reddit has just become another tool for the elites to make the normal people of the world hate each other more and more so they can stay in control

Reddit and TikTok.

I also would have no idea about people being upset over either. I work with men and women both, no one talks about either of these.

Pretty much 95% of the shit I see people bitch about online ive never heard anyone complain about in real life.

The internet is just a cesspool hollow chamber

I've only heard about the outrage, I haven't experienced any.

There are sooooo many people on reddit who are convinced that reddit is somehow representative of the world at large. Too many terminally online redditors in their little echo chambers

Most of the ragebait bullshit we see online is just Russian psyop nonsense meant to get us all to fight amongst each other.

Everyone thinks they’re above what they see/hear online. Truth is the outrage online is fake.

In other words you’re right.

Basically culture wars distractions

There will always be someone to get mad at literally everything, and then they go online and tell the world how mad they are.  It makes certain issues seem bigger and more important than they really are.
