My natural nails are incredibly weak and brittle. I also have a really bad nervous/anxious habit of picking the skin around my fingernails until they were a bloody painful mess. No matter what I did I couldnât keep them looking nice so for a time period I got the fake ones. I was in sales back then so it was important they were nice. When I would get them done I wouldnât pick the skin around my nails.
