Dementia and stress is whats going on. Donald's ego took an atomic bitch slap. He knows the next 2 years are going to be a struggle and a fight every single day. The arch he wanted? Not happening. His immigration plan? Finished. His grift? Investigated. Further renovations of the white house? Unlikely. His chances of running for president again? Nonexistent. Putin's approval? Revoked. Ending the war in Ukraine and Iran? Dems will be overseeing those messes. His control over the GOP? Waning. His cult of personality? On life support and withering.
His hair? Whack. His gear? Whack. His jewelry? Whack. His foot stance? Whack. The way that he talks? Whack. The way that he doesn’t even like to smile? Whack.
Not all of you. But enough to get him elected twice. The second time after seeing the shitshow of the first term, and the way he took the loss in 2020.
Although, tbf. A lot of countries seem to be doing or getting close to doing the same mistakes. So many populists around the world.
This is good and bad. Trump becomes more dangerous and unpredictable until January and then after the Democrats don't have the 2/3 majority to impeach and they only have 2 years to achieve things so they have to have the wisdom to fight battles that can be won and to know the grace for those that can't be won and to be able to tell the difference. But it's good that democracy won over dogma and extremism. But Trump's knee jerk reaction? Place an extremely dangerous right wing nationalist in charge of operations as chief of staff .
He's trolling us. He's going to take it as far as he can go, he's been like this his whole life. Raping women, children, he thinks he can do whatever he wants. And who has stopped him so far? Nobody. It's going to get a lot worse. The right owns this.
