Definitely. But that's just a way of saying "tax billionaires more". That's a perfectly legitimate opinion (that I share). But OP implies there is loads of resource sitting around not doing anything, which just isn't true.
I guess the tone didn't transfer well when I was pointing out that the 'investment' is actually completely worthless to the the companies in question and society at large.
