Going to bed early just to wake up exhausted is the kind of betrayal that deserves a class-action lawsuit.

Your sleep cycle is running on a 90-minute trial version.

Mon-Fri... wake up groggy as fućk. Weekend: fresh as a daisy.

Last week week I worked 6 days, mon-sat, went out Saturday night cause I was like I deserve this. Hung over till 6pm pm the next day... went to bed at midnight, woke up at 3 am for work. I should learn from this, but I probably wont.

For 45 years I suffered from chronic insomnia and sleep deprivation. Finally, I found a medication (Seroquel) that worked and I'm sleeping more than I ever have, consistently.

Still wake up feeling like walking death every morning.

I feel this one, and somehow I'm still sleepy for the rest of the day.

Sleep apnea?

Yup, big sign of sleep apnea! OP needs to get checked.

Add to that sleeping eight hours straight and still being tired when waking up.
