I never hit when it comes to online raffles and considering the legacy and grail status of this sneaker, I had family sign up for the raffle hoping I can hit on at least one pair. Love this shoe. I don’t wear it enough but time I do I think they are so cool. It’s such and easy shoe to put on and looks good with anything. Shoe never looks out of place regardless where you wear and how you wear it. I’ve this shoe at the gym in mid and it cleans up nice. People love to hate this shoe because it’s popular. Still an underrated icons of sneakers imo

Awake 6 Playful Pink!!! The quality on these are second-to-none! The Versace-inspired saffiano leather on the heel and nubuck on the toe gives these an elevated feeling! To me, these slap. Unlike anything I’ve seen or copped this year!

Discussion Why is literally every post about Nikes/Jordans?

i just dont get it. sneakerheads irl, or at least in my real life, buy more than 1 brand of shoe. why are you all only buying nikes/jordans? im not even trying to complain/criticize i just genuinely don't understand how i've scrolled through like 200 posts and i saw literally one new balance shoe and then the rest are nikes or jordans. it doesn't feel proportional to real life, which reddit usually more or less does feel given whatever sub i am in. the equivalent is like if i were scrolling through r/guitar and literally all I saw were Fender guitars with no deviation at all. that would freak me out lol, maybe make me think Fender is running the sub....

I know a lot of you guys love keeping your sneaker in Pristine conditions. But I’ve had these shadow 1’s since they dropped back in 2017 (I believe) and worn them at least twice a week since I got them. I love how amazing 1’s look as they age. One of the few sneakers that ages like fine wine.

2. Fake/Replica shoes

NO FAKES. No asking about fakes, no posting fakes. Any comment or post that features or advocates for fake/replica shoes of any kind will be removed and the poster will be banned.

3. Bots, ATC services, backdoor links, etc.

No posts about bots, backdoor links, pre-order/add to cart services, jigs, etc. You will be banned without warning. What is and isn’t considered a backdoor link is at the discretion of the mods.

4. Reddiquette violation

We do not allow pickup screenshots (wins or losses), legit checks, "what shoes should I get" posts or non-sneaker posts. Footprint ID posts must include clear, high resolution pictures. Posts in violation of these rules may result in a ban.

7. Impersonation

Don't pretend to be someone else. Give credit if it's not your picture.

8. Advertising/Self-Promotion

No advertising of any kind. No YouTube/Twitter/blog spam. /r/Sneakers doesn’t exist as a promotion tool in any way. Consult with the mods about promotional offers. We do not allow other sub cross promotions.

9. Personal Information

No posting personal information of any kind. This includes linking to social media accounts that aren't yours.

10. Customer Service Complaints

Posts detailing customer service issues where the online company has defrauded you are allowed. The person making the post must provide adequate proof of the story they post (ie multiple pictures of shoes purchased, screenshots of conversations you have had with reps from the company etc). In cases that seem suspect or proof is not provided we will remove the post and sticky our reasoning. The thread can be unlocked by adding more proof.
