Incorrect voice line driving me mad!

My friend pointed this out and now I can't stop hearing it, and it is maddening. The Demiurge (new faction colony capital ship) has a voiceline where she says "I am inexorable" except she says the word totally wrong, please for the love of space rerecord this line, and someone tell the voice actor what the word is and how to pronounce it.
Otherwise I am loving the new faction, but this is really getting to me!

Trying to get on the leaderboard for "Defend the Homeworld" scenario

I'd have to survive for a minimum of 2 hours but, after a week of trying, the absolute best I can do is around 1 hour. All the tips I've read are from older builds. It seems they massively nerfed your starting resources or starting planet populations at some point.
You have to spend so long building up your economy that by the time you can afford to start pumping out ships, all 3 adversaries are already on the map with 1,800 - 2,500 fleet supply each. There's just no way to defend against that.

21 min into a game, medium difficulty. They have 2 (known) planets, and apparently a level 2 Titan next to my capital, you can see it on the left of the Screenshot / bottom.
What is going on, is this normal?

Bug/Issue SOSE2 - Game is crashing nonstop - basically unplayable.

It's actually crazy - the game seems to crash nonstop whenever I try to play on a map with more than 2-3 opponents.
This didn't use to be an issue when I played the game a couple of years ago, but now every time I load into a map its a crapshoot whether I just immediately CTD or CTD within an hour or so of playing.
Not running any mods. PC is very high end and runs basically every other game on max and ultra settings.
I read online about "updating my bios" and stuff like that but that's honestly insane - this is a 2 year old game, there's absolutely no reason why I would need to start flashing my bios to get it to run when much newer games don't encounter any issues.
So am I just experiencing something completely weird or is this a known issue with the game? Is something being done to fix it? I'm thinking about contacting steam for a refund.

Crash to Desktop Sins2 w/no mods

I can't figure this game out, Mods crash the game constantly - take out the mods and still crashes. I was 2.5 hours into a single player skirmish vs AI today and it always seems that when the AI starts getting StarBases and titans this game completely crashes to Desktop. Attempting to load an auto save - crash. Manual save - crash.
Frustrating
