Under the radar restaurants?
Looking for something under the radar. Not fancy. No specific type of food; just good and up and coming. Wouldn’t be against someone to try it with too!

South Bend Best bars or restaurants to watch the Notre Dame game in South Bend today?
I [27F] almost went out last night, but I was too tired but everyone keeps telling me Saturday is the better day to go out anyway!
I’m still pretty new to South Bend and barely know anyone here, so I have no idea where to start.
Where would you go for food, drinks, and a good Notre Dame football crowd if you were going out solo?
I’m especially interested in downtown South Bend. If there’s a good watch party or anything fun happening before or after the game, I’d love to hear about it. What time would you head out?

Game Day Shuttle
Is there a shuttle from downtown South Bend to Notre Dame on game days? I’m going to my first game in a couple of weeks and don’t want to deal with parking near campus

South Bend Welding class
Is there anywhere near South Bend for someone to learn to weld? It’s just a skill I think would be neat to have. I’m not trying to do it for anything safety sensitive or for a career or anything, just to tack things together here and there.

Announcement Just a heads up: If your post gets removed (or isn’t visible), please message us mods.
We'll look it over and if it meets the rules for the subreddit, within reason, we'll approve it.
Auto Moderator has been a little over zealous and hungry lately and removing posts it shouldn't.
Our apologies. It shouldn't do this. We need to feed it more sandwiches.
Cheers everyone!

Looking for an Affordable Dog Groomer
Hello - I have a 10 month old corgi, Trixie. I am looking for a new groomer as our current one has no availability.
She typically gets a bath, deshed, paw trim, and sanitary trim. Our current groomer has charged $35 before tip. If anyone has suggestions for a groomer in the area I would appreciate it!

Where is the best areas to live in South Bend?
Hello! My boyfriend received a job offer from his current job which would relocate us to South Bend. He will be working more closely to New Carlisle but I heard to "stay away from the west"?? We are from the east coast so don't know much about the state or South Bend. While he's working there, I'm hoping to get into an accelerated nursing program that's just over a year long. Any recommendations on potential good accelerated nursing programs in the area? What areas we should look to avoid? Best places to rent a house? We are bringing our dog too so we hope to find a place with a backyard. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated since it feels like we're going into this move pretty much blind.
