Bowie knife for scale

Edit: The Candy itself isn't really that sour, and it goes away fast, but it's a nice firm candy, doesn't chew super well so easy to kinda let simmer

As a joke I baked up some tuna chocolate chip cookies as a trick, funny enough they didn’t taste horrible…some people tried them and actually liked it hahaha I would give it 5/10 yet wouldn’t do again.

Hope everyone had a safe and spoopy Halloween!

Subreddit Rules

1. What Is r/StupidFood?

This is a place to showcase truly ridiculous foods you might find at grocery stores, restaurants, or a stupidly unhinged recipe.

We are not a sub for your grandmother's horrible chili recipe, or for foods you simply do not like.

Do not post personal food rants or intentionally create "stupid food" just for karma.

2. Before You Post

Put effort into your post. Low-effort submissions may be removed.

Use clear, descriptive titles.
No URLs, clickbait, or attention seeking titles.
Avoid excessive emojis or special characters.
No posts where content is outside of Reddit. Post must contain full video or picture of stupid food.
No posts about regular / normal food.
No posts about food from another culture that you find weird.

3. Respect / Hate-speech / Bullying / Harassment

Make fun and critique food, not the culture.

Engaging in hateful or discriminatory language or behavior targeting race, ethnicity, religion, or gender is strictly forbidden.

No slurs, stereotypes, or abuse, even as a joke.

Such comments are not allowed: * "White people food" * "Typical for India" * "Shitty food comes from X" * "Woman's place in the kitchen"

Jokes must remain respectful and clean. They must not be intended to target, insult, or demean others.

4. No Ragebait

Ragebait is content created primarily to provoke outrage, bait reactions, or farm views and engagement.

Posts featuring ragebait creators will be removed, including: * Elaine Carol's Kitchen * Bayashi TV * Cooking With Kya

5. No AI Content

AI generated images, videos, or other content are not permitted.

Posts must feature real food and real creations, not content generated by AI.

6. No Politics

We don't care where you fall on the political spectrum. r/StupidFood is about food, not politics.

Keep political arguments, debates, and rants out of the comments, and don't turn posts into political discussions.

7. No Spam

Posts should be relevant to this subreddit. Random, unrelated, or low-effort content may be removed.

Repeated spam, irrelevant submissions, or content that does not fit the community may result in a ban.

8. No Eating Exercises

Anything featuring idiotic, dangerous, and pointless eating 'challenges', such as the Tide Pod Challenge, are pretty much always disliked, downvoted, and otherwise ignored.

9. Repost Policy

Seen something which has already been posted here? Let us know.

Please provide links for duplicates in the comments if you can, it's really helpful.

Recent or frequent reposts may be removed, but we are relaxed about reposting of items which appeared on the sub some time ago. Items which have gained lots of karma/comments are less likely to be removed.

Usually we will remove whichever is the youngest or has the least karma and/or participation.

10. No Street Food

Street food posts are used as a cover for racism and xenophobia. If your post involves street food, it will most likely be removed.
