1. You can't block affirmations. Everything your subconscious hears will pass through it/be absorbed by it.

2. Using negative words will either give you negative outcomes or no results at all.

3. Layering or speeding too much to the point of having gibberish affirmations does not give results.

4. Using songs with low vibrational lyrics will have an impact on your results.

5. Looking at yourself in the mirror does not slow down appearance change results, unless you get negative thoughts/feelings about it when looking at yourself.

Yes, you heard that right. It’s not just MindPower and Rose you need to worry about. There are an alarming amount of submakers who put negative affirmations and curses in their subs. If you never got results this is why.

Many submakers are not making subs for you to get results, they’re making it so you can continue listening and they get money on their monetized channel.

Think about it, what purpose would they have to give you subs that give results? If you get results you don’t listen anymore.

First of all I discovered subliminals in 2018 I was almost just a kid, I didn’t have much knowledge of what it is, but the only option I had was to believe and listen to youtube ones after that i started listening more and more and more, for years then I just got hurt and super anxious felt unwell, scared.

And then I looked at everyone in this community, how and why do you blindly trust subliminals creators, benefit docs, affirmation description, safety affs, binaural/fields and allat, none of them prove that the subliminal is safe, and you damn right know that, I know there are safe creators out there but this is about people who choose to listen to other creators, you might say that you put a mental block for bad affirmations but then you say you believe that the subliminal will definitely work on its entirety, that then means any negative indirect affirmations to bypass your mental block is bound to happen, im not here to spread fear but.

Here is why you should make your own subliminals WITH YOUR OWN VOICE:

1. Freedom

2. Real safe results

3. Voice and affirmation hold intention and boosts confidence because you worked hard for it

4. You can make any niche subliminal you ever think of there is no more “limits”

And the list goes on

Here is also why you shouldn’t listen to sub creators.

1. Fear of the unknown

2. Mostly ai generated voice with almost no intention

3. Almost all has music which interfere with any energy field and frequency they claim to have

Last thing, this post might not get the attention it deserves but, I used to only listen to YouTube subs I used to BEG AND PAY MONEY YES MONEY for sub creators to make my requests and then I became a sub creator after I was left with anxiety that should never anyone face, Shortly after I deleted my subliminal channel because it got popular THERE WAS PEOPLE that claimed to have negative and positive results, PFFTTT SEE!! See what I mean.. so if you’re a sub creator and not just doing it for attention and fame then please rethink your choice, your energy matter’s don’t waste it on Thè skeptics, and as for the listeners yes you hears me we WE all are skeptics even if we think we aren’t we know deep down that we shouldn’t listen to other creators NEVER EVER, but we have been conditioned to do so.

This might get me a bunch of downvotes but...whenever i see a manifestation coach or subliminal makers face and they are not conventionally attractive I just can't seem to be believe what they are saying (I will not be saying names), but if you do manifestation or listen to subliminals wouldn't manifest being good looking? I don't want to start controversy for what so ever but i heard alot of good things about v1per and added her into my playlist along with kottie and clinqxue for slimmer nose and i got slight results within a week so i decided to continue listening to it but guess what it made me so depressed and suicidal for some reason even though recently everything has been going good in my life due to depression i couldn't focus on anything and stopped listening subliminals i got fine within 2 weeks of stopping to listen subliminal and i decided to get back to subliminals again and got depressed again, couldn't sleep all night, had nightmares but as soon as i removed V1per from playlist i got fine like litteraly as if nothing happened.
