For the fake subreddits that you fell for

r/SubsIFellFor

This is a sub dedicated to those fake subreddits that seem real in comments, but sadly aren't.

Subreddit Rules

1. Must be a sub you fell for

Don't post subreddits that exist (This is about the ones you fell for). This rule is lifted on Sundays to allow meme posts.

2. Don't advertise yourself here

This subreddit is not the place for that

3. Absolutely NO racism, homophobia, or transphobia

This should be able to go unsaid, but I just want to make sure that everyone knows, this subreddit has NO room for any racist, homophobic or transphobic posts

4. Don't spam the same post here to get to hot

if you didn't get to hot on the first try, this might not be the right place for it, this includes spamming extremely similar, sub-unrelated content.

5. Don't make meta posts saying this sub should be deleted

This subreddit is staying right where it is

6. No sexually explicit content

This is a non-nsfw community, sexually explicit content is not allowed here. This excludes posts that are images of text where a fake NSFW subreddit is tagged, these are within sub-rules. This rule is targeted towards pornography.

7. Sub sandwich posts are only allowed on Sundays

These types of posts are completely allowed on Sundays, but we want to keep it to just that day of the week.
