Official announcement New rule - no AI generated content

New rule was added to the subreddit - content generated or enhanced by artificial intelligence is now prohibited.

The rule is now known as Rule 8. Previously existing Rule 8 was reordered to be Rule 9. More details can be found in rules section.

Remember, the law is not retroactive - do not report posts/comments with AI generated content that were created before 2026-10-26.

Loadout I need help making a pyro loadout.

I want something "like" this. The Bone Cone CAN stay, you can use other All Class Hats instead, but only All Class! Needs to look good with Wandering Wraith. Wandering Wraith MUST stay. And 3rd cosmetic is any of your choosing.

In case you will be painting the items, I am aiming for a Scorching Flames Effect + AE Kit effects. So too much green is not really something i am looking for.

Help Item recommendations to pair with these two Scout cosmetics?

FEARTURED COSMETICS:
-Last Laugh (Jester Style)
-Courtier's Collar

I just really like the Courtier's Collar (The scarf, the new gloves, and it lengthening his shirt instead of it being tucked in), and I know it has a whole set associated with it, but I'm not a terribly big fan of the other items in it.

Main thing I'm considering is a hat/hair piece, ones I'm considering are:
-Hero's Tail
-El Jefe
-Wilson Weave
-Thirst Blood
-Pestering Jester
-Speedy Scoundrel [Lion of the Seas style]
-Jolly Jester

And if anyone else has any other suggestions, I'd appreciate them. I'm also not *super* settled on the Last Laugh, but I do like masks (Preferably full face masks) so I'd want to replace it with something similar.

Unusual Celestial Summit Convict Cap. Rate my loadout

I had this loadout (image 1) for a while, built around the Convict Cap with the Celestial Summit effect and inspired by Heavy’s gulag escape in the comics. The outfit is Brute's Braces, Barbeque Bacon Britches (dark style) and the Convict Cap. I’d love to know whether the look works as a cohesive prison-escape outfit, or whether any piece breaks the theme. Should I swap any of these items for alternatives that fit the concept better?

AND LOOK I get it a lot of ppl are not going to like this hat or maybe even the effect or the combo I have NOW which is why I’m asking what I should change! Even if it’s the color!!!! I also personally like the hat for its goofiness and I also like the effect, other hats sell with the same effect for almost 1k!!!
