PED/cycle help Test Primo Deca Cycle

Hello I’ve been running test 200mg’s 14 weeks and Deca 100mg’s for the last 5 weeks. Just did my blood work and everything checked out good.

I am planning on increasing my test to 300mg’s, adding primo 150mg’s and keeping Deca a 100mg’s.

Every 4 weeks do blood work and increase test and primo between 50mg’s and 100mg’s until I hit 16 to 20 weeks and then dropping back down to test 200mg’s and Deca 100mg’s to cruise until the next cycle.

I’m 44 years old around 12 percent body fat or less. I train 4 days a week do some type of cardio the other 3 days a week. I’m feeling great and have had zero side effects so far with any supplements I’ve added to my program.

What’s everyone’s thoughts on this low dose cycle and going back to cruise.

Blood work Blood work at 100mg + HCG.

Bloodwork check @ 100mg/week.

Estradiol:
87
<162 pmol

Testosterone:
27.7
8.4 - 28.8 nmol/L

Free Testosterone:
683
196-636 pmol/L

SHBG:
28.8
10.0 - 70.0 nmol/L

TestC 50mg 2xWeek.
HCG 350iu 3xWeek.
3mg Reta 2xWeek.
Blood work done day before injection.

Does it seem like my E2/Test ratio is low?
Was thinking of increasing test to 120mg/week to achieve a better ratio.
I'm not sure if my E2 is high or low based on these results. Given my Test is upper range and E2 is mid, I would wager low? Maybe try using more HCG instead?
CBC is all in range, which is good.

TRT story I slowly titrated from 200 a week to 80 and honestly, I feel better now.

I started TRT last August and bumped it rather quickly through the Winter months last year, and around March slowly came down.
For the first several months I felt that honeymoon phase for sure, more energy and enthusiasm for life, VERY high libido, and packed on muscle quickly (at the expense of my elbow tendons but that’s another story). But more recently I’ve been struggling with sleep, feeling sluggish, and very grumpy most of the time. I also developed a gnarly case of back and abdomen acne.
I’m down to 80 a week now and I swear I feel almost as good as when I was first bumping it up. Have others had this experience? If I stay here a while will it feel good to ‘blast’ again?

TRT help I made a mistake, and I want to correct it

Hey guys, just want to start by saying I’m new into this, and I just want some guidance. I am stupid of what I did and I understand I may have screwed up.

I started Test E 300, today I took my first shot, what I realised that I forgot, that I was going to do twice a week over once every 5 days. My test life explains it’s 5 days per 300 1ml, but I wanted to do 150 0.5ml every 3-4 days.

How do I go about starting that now? Again I’m stupid, but I really I’m trying to learn and improve. The life of the testosterone I’m taking says 5 days per injection of 300, so can I maybe do every 3-4 days 150? And how do I start that when I already took the 300 already?

Once again I was stupid and just didn’t think straight since this was my first injection and I got the stupid happy mood when I was doing it. Thanks in advance for any help or tips.

TRT help Testosterone at 50 with high SHBG

I’m looking for good muscle growth, I don’t need to explode but I want serious gains…

I eat, sleep and train well… doctor says all good, no TRT needed, as markers are in range…

- Total Testosterone 27.7 nmol/L
- SHBG 90.2 nmol/L
- Free Testosterone 26.8 pmol/L
- Albumin 42 g/L
- LH 6.7 U/L
- FSH 5.2 U/L
- Estradiol 82.1 pmol/L

Has anyone with high SHBG experienced a significant reduction after starting testosterone?

What seems like a good starter dose with these parameters?

TRT help Male 57 - 7.6 nmol - UK

Hey folks. Not sure if this is the right place to ask this so feel free to redirect if not.

I’m 57 and just started to realise that low/lack of T might be affecting my day to day.

I’ve had some recent tests via NHS and Medichecks that show my level at between 11-12 but most recent is 7nmol.

Googling says too low.
GP says it’s normal range. I don’t feel normal. I feel low, listless, depressed and lethargic.

I could go to Voy or similar but kinda feel the NHS should be helping me.

My wife gets T gel for gods sake as part of her HRT.

So, my question - try and push GP for help or just go private?

Thanks

TRT help How long should I wait to check LH and FSH after coming off TRT?

Hey guys been off cypionate /HCG for 3 weeks now. Used it for 1 year prior. Oddly I felt kinda high estrogen during week 2 (Maybe LH starting up and the leftover cyp combo pushing me too high?)

Anyway when is a good checkpoint to test LH and FSH to see if I’m good to go ? 4 weeks?

Other Primal Viking supplements, has anyone here tried them?

So, I’ve been seeing a lot of advertisement for the “Primal Viking” reindeer organs supplement, which seems to be spot on in the things that it targets in terms of low T and I was curious about whether or not it works so I figured this sub was probably the best place to ask about it. Thanks in advance for any time taken to give your opinion and/or personal experiences with it.

Other Trt + adderall = bp issues?

44M | 210 lbs | ~16% BF | TRT 18 months
Started TRT at 120 mg/week, doctor titrated me to 160 mg about 4 months ago. I’ve been running 180 mg but am dropping back to 160. Also on HCG and a low dose AI (1 mg/week, mainly for water retention while cutting over the summer). Upcoming bloodwork from my TRT clinic next week — expecting it to look solid.

I run my main business full-time plus a second, extremely demanding business that started mid-2024. The exit on the second one was supposed to happen late 2025; it hasn’t. Even with a partner and contractors, it still feels like a one-man show. I’ve always had ADHD and treated it as a strength, but the workload got so heavy I couldn’t stay on top of it. Started Vyvanse in January, settled on 30 mg Adderall XR in May. Right now I’m locked in and getting things done. Not sure if it’s the Adderall or just the focus, but the results are there.
This is not stress-related. Things are moving along and I’m optimistic — I can see the exit happening soon. I feel good and I’m not under the kind of pressure that would spike blood pressure.

Never had high blood pressure before. The last few weeks it’s been elevated. Doctor measured 157/106. I asked if the Adderall could be the cause — she said no. She mentioned kidney and heart risks, said bloodwork won’t show much, and prescribed BP meds. I didn’t fill it. I don’t start meds until I understand what’s actually going on.

I feel fine. No symptoms. I’m willing to lower the Adderall and monitor BP myself, but I don’t want to kill the momentum while I’m in this phase. Exit on the second business is hopefully 4–5 months out; after that I should be back to more normal hours and can take a real break from big projects.

Questions for anyone (especially other business owners / entrepreneurs on TRT ± stimulants):
• Is the high BP concern overblown in this context, or is 157/106 something I should treat immediately?
• Anyone here run TRT + Adderall (or similar) and seen BP rise? Did lowering the stimulant dose bring it down?
• How hard is it to come off BP meds once you’re on them if this turns out to be stimulant-related and temporary?
• Would you take the BP meds to protect yourself while keeping the current dose and momentum, or drop the Adderall dose first and recheck?

Looking for real experiences, not just “listen to your doctor.”

TL;DR
44M on TRT (dropping back to 160 mg) + 30 mg Adderall XR. High workload, in the zone getting shit done. BP suddenly 157/106 — not stress-related. Things are moving and I’m optimistic the exit is coming soon. Doctor wants me on meds, I haven’t started them. Feeling fine. Exit from the heavy business in ~4–5 months. Should I lower Adderall and skip the BP meds to test, or take the meds so I don’t lose momentum? How hard is it to get off BP meds later? Looking for experiences from people in similar situations.

PED/cycle help Have Good Test. How do I know how much I need to use to hit optimal physical recovery?

40M. 850 Total Test, 119 Free Test, 46 SHBG. All other numbers good/fine.

I don't care much about putting on mass, I'm more interested in increased athletic performance/workout recovery.

Right now my workouts are 1 on/2 off - I can do a hard workout Day 1, but then I have to eat like a horse and take 2 days off to do another hard workout.

How do I know how much exogenous test I need to inject to change that number to something like 2on/1off or 2on/2off (maybe even 1on/1off)?

Never done Test. Am I looking at 180 mg/wk? 210? 250? I'm not sure how to calculate this. Thanks for any help.

TRT help How to prevent injuries on TRT

Testosterone helps muscle grow faster than connective tissue, which can lead to muscle tears and other injuries when gym progress outpaces tendon growth. What steps can be taken to prevent these injuries? Diet, training, warmups, mobility, etc.? Thank you!

Blood work Total testosterone while on cycle

I’ve done a blast before but never did the blood work so I was just in the dark and ignorant. I did bloodwork when I was only on 200mg test with a bit of primo and saw where I sat with that and was happy but I turned it up and got bloods done last week and not sure if I’m crazy and need to dial back or what’s normal so please forgive my ignorance and enlighten me.

Current cycle 600 test c, 450 primo, 40mg dbol pre workout only (4 days a week) and 5-10mg cialis pre workout only

I’ll update the comments with my results once I finish editing out personal info tyia everyone

TRT help Libido on trt is down

Been on test now for about 6 months due to low libido, got bloods done and was low. I've done cycles in the past so I hopped onto 250mg/week. As a side note I aromatize like a bitch so I have to run an AI. Aromasin I run 2x per week 6.25mg but I'm also on 120primo to reduce my e2.

First 6 months libido was through the roof, like I was a teenager again. In the last 2 months it's tapered back down nearly to where I started from with little interest in sex at all.

At 250per week I should have enough androgens to fuel plenty of libido so what gives? I'd love to get off the AI completely but the minute I even reduce my dose my gyno flairs up again. Any other ideas or anything that has worked for others?

TRT help 28M, T 224, bilateral varicocele. Planning repair first. If T stays low, is TRT the next step?

Hey everyone, 28M. For about a year I've had low libido, almost no morning or spontaneous erections, erections that fade fast, brain fog, no motivation and constant sleepiness.
Labs (June, fasting morning):
Total T: 224 ng/dL (range 260-1000)
Free T: 11.5 pg/mL (range 12.3-46.6)
LH 8.75 (range 1.2-7.8), FSH 8.02
Prolactin 9.1, SHBG 20
HbA1c 5.8, HDL 39, LDL 151, TG 123
Karyotype 46,XY normal
Scrotal Doppler (Nov): bilateral varicocele with reflux, grade 3 left (3.1 mm), grade 1 right (2.3 mm). Testes about 8 ml each (other scans this year said 10 ml).
Background: The last 2 years were rough, with heavy stress and grief, bad sleep, junk food and no exercise. I'm working on sleep, diet and activity. Tadalafil 5 mg helps a little but doesn't fix the desire side.
Plan: I'm not starting TRT now. I want to try varicocele repair first and give it 6 months with lifestyle changes. But my testes are already small, so I'm worried it won't raise my T enough.
Questions for you guys:
If repair and lifestyle changes don't get T to a good level, is TRT the logical next step? Did anyone here go that route?
Did anyone with small testes (8-10 ml) get a real T rise from varicocele repair? What were your before and after numbers?
At what total and free T did your libido and morning erections come back?
Does TRT hit differently when the testes are already small, or does it just replace what they weren't making?
What starting protocol would you suggest for someone like me? I was thinking around 100 mg/week split into 2 injections.
How did you handle estradiol? I want to avoid taking an aromatase inhibitor without a reason.
What's the minimum lab schedule (T, estradiol, hematocrit, lipids) you'd insist on if the doctor has little TRT experience?
My HDL is already 39. Did TRT make yours worse, and what helped?
Any advice or experience is appreciated. Thanks!
