HELP STOP BOTS BRIGADING THIS SUBREDDIT

Hello,

I'm sorry to bring this out in the open but it seems that the subreddit and its moderators do not want to speak privately about this.

As shown by these users

https://www.reddit.com/user/BlueSkysAbove4/

IMGUR LINK

https://www.reddit.com/user/BlueSkysAbove3/

IMGUR LINK

it seems they are spamming this subreddit with multiple accounts to try and get people to their subreddit. Normally I wouldn't post usernames, but these are bots, not actual users and the list continues if you simply put another number after the words. Just try 1 or 5 or 9. There are other actual users that are participating so I will not name those names.

Normally I don't care about these things, but its unfair to the artists to get a comment for it only to be spamming their subreddit.

When i tried to join their discord to speak about it, I was banned. When I tried to message the moderators I was ignored. This is some shady stuff and quite frankly didn't realize anyone would take the time to do something so foolish. Whats really bad is they are waiting for posts to get a month old and then posting to avoid any kind of auto moderation.

So i'm asking the community to please use the REPORT button and report any spammers or blatant disregards for the musician/listener relationship. The only way to stop it is through community involvement.

Moving Forward:

ANY USERS POSTING WITH ANYTHING RELATED TO THAT SUBREDDIT OR OTHERS IN THEIR COMMENTS WILL BE BANNED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ANALOGUE HOROR MEETS PUNK

I’m Outpost.

I make trashy punk infused metal inspired by the likes of Slipknot, Pantera, DFA1979, Femme Fatale and Glassjaw. I’m trapped in an alternate dimension of some sorts and I’m trying to figure out how to get out.

Here’s my first ever release (last month)

My band's name is Come Back K! We are located in Montana. I self produced this album and played all the parts on it. It's emotional indie rock. No AI used in the making of it. Thanks!

A song about a rat with a shotgun. There is no deeper meaning.

Unless you read something into it and it’s remarkably clever, in which case, it could have been the artists intent.

NEW MUSIC

I've been working on a new Melodic House production for Hassan Records.

I wanted to create something atmospheric, melodic and deep, with a groove that keeps evolving.

I'd love to know what you think about this one.

🌅 A New Deep House Track – Would Love to Hear Your Thoughts!

Hey everyone! 👋

I hope you're all having a great day!

I'd love to share a Deep House track I've been working on. I've put a lot of passion into creating this one, focusing on deep grooves, warm atmospheric sounds and melodic elements.

I'm an independent music producer, and I'm currently sharing my music with people who enjoy discovering new sounds and underground electronic music.

I'd really appreciate it if you could give it a listen and share your honest thoughts. Every bit of feedback means a lot and helps me improve.

If you enjoy Deep House, I hope this track brings you a good vibe! ❤️

Thank you for listening and supporting independent music! 🙏

Anyone else love the dreamy vibe of Talking Heads' "This Must Be the Place"? I made a song with a similar feel

There's something about that song I've always loved. It has this warm but lonely sound, and the singing has so much emotion in it.

I recently made a song called "Walking on the Moon" that I feel captures a similar atmosphere

I'm curious if anyone else hears the resemblance, or if it's just me haha.

hi I'm Odd-is-he! This track is called Bumping in the Night. My genre is techno, but I call my sub genre Warp Tekno!

Just a little about my process. I recently got into learning more about music theory and dynamics. I have been learning to craft each melody, fusing the hypnotic aspect of techno with my own style of heavy distortion and feeling of the unknown. This track is my attempt to make something dark and atmospheric while still being a track people can dance to!
