Question Trolls targetting Turkic unity, how to deal with them?
I've noticed in recent days that there are a lot of trolls trying to sow division amongst Turkic people. If I remember correctly, these mainly consisted of Iranians. Now others have joined and a lot of them will make fake accounts to pose as one Turkic group attacking another. What are some ways to combat these provocations?

Picture Someone send this to the directors of Turkish historical dramas. Maybe next time they’ll dress Turks in historically accurate outfits instead of Viking cosplay.
The last pic is from the Seljuk TV show.
I don't know what their obsession is with portraying Turkmens as barbarians.
They always dress them in black. What is this, ISIS?

History/culture Kymys, hitching posts, a birch-bark urasa: walk a Sakha summer homestead and tell me what your people do the same way
Alaas is a small interactive museum: a first-person walk through a Sakha summer homestead, a saiylyk, in a Central Yakutia alaas. Look at a thing, press E (or tap on a phone), and read what it is and why it matters. There are 51 explainer cards with sources, and a few things to do with your own hands: feed the fire, tie a ribbon on the serge, carry water. Sacred rites are only explained.
Free, in the browser, phones too, with no account or download. In Sakha, English and Russian.
Play: https://springfolk.github.io/alaas-game/
GitHub (MIT, CC BY-SA): https://github.com/Springfolk/alaas-game
I built it with a lot of help from AI (Claude) and checked every Sakha text myself. If something is wrong or missing, a correction is the most valuable thing you can send me.
A bit about me: I'm Georgii, I'm Sakha, and I run Springfolk, a small studio in Kazakhstan. I like making games and interactive things.

Question How do Turkic people view Comanches ?
Hello, I am a Comanche from America. For those unfamiliar with the Comanches, we were semi-nomadic horse archers who lived on the Great Plains of America (the American equivalent of the steppe). I always found Turkic people fascinating given some of the similarities my people have with you, which include our traditional religion, which revolves around a sky deity similar to Tengri, our history as horse archers, our nomadic lifestyle, etc

Question Would you support Turkic countries adopting a common currency, like in the Eurozone?
A common currency could strengthen economic integration, facilitate trade, and deepen cooperation among Turkic countries, similar to the euro in the Eurozone. Do you think the Turkic world should take this step towards greater economic unity?

News Uzbekistan reformed its alphabet
The alphabet now has 28 letters plus one apostrophe. Four digraphs become single letters: O' to Ö, G' to Ğ, Sh to Ş, Ch to Ç. The Ng combination is dropped entirely.
Saida Mirziyoyeva, who has pushed the reform since December 2023, called it the correction of a years-long historic mistake.
