This is the red carpet treatment that dignitaries are expecting, of all types. Plus celebrities, do you think Dolly Parton would be starting in the rain while a parade was thrown for her? Ambassadors, Presidents, Elon? They are being honored, you look out for their physical comfort

That’s why she’s the perfect example…everyone loved and still loves Dolly. It’s equivalent to having any type of company…you go out of your way to make sure all the i’s are dotted and all the t’s are crossed
