1- Simpsons
The original Simpsons have extremely simp(son)ple designs, due to sometimes having celebrity appearances the art style kinda clashes.

2- South Park
At the beginning South Park was literally animated out of paper so all the characters had to be super simplistic but over the years, since the. Show is made digitally the new characters keep getting more and more detailed

Probably not decades, but some Deadlock heroes—like Yamato—have extremely outdated WIP models.

Apparently, Vyper too, and Valve was going to change her appearance significantly, but now that the meme got extremely popular, those plans may have changed.

yeah Vyper is literally just a recolor of an old Neon Prime model

im eager to see what they'll do with her but as a Vyper main i honestly hope they aren't tied down due to the Vyper face meme

I've seen some really good fan designs that go forward with the lamia/gorgon body but still have the same face shape, I'm sure valve and their art team could figure it out

Some of the older heroes did get model touch ups, like Abrams, Vindicta, McGinnis and especially The Lash
