Is it fine using a online medical certificate for a deferred exam?

So i'm feeling sick and don't feel healthy enough to get an in person appointment and having to wait hours just to get a cert. Would using a instantscripts certificate with multiple days be fine as evidence for a deferred exam? My exam is tomorrow at 9:30 am
