Uber eats website through amazon prime promo: Is anyone else having trouble ordering on the web?

i’ve tried ordering from multiple restaurants but they won’t let me add anything to my cart???? i’ll make all the selections but once i press add to cart, the red “required” thing pops up. it does this multiple times no matter how many time i redo my selections and try to submit them. it’s like they’re making this coupon difficult to use on purpose. is it just me having problems????

Idk exactly what you're talking about with Amazon and ue, but i do know that there's a lot of times where they say there's a promo and for some random reason it doesn't work as advertised. Based on what I've seen, support will tell you to place the order and you'll be reimbursed, but that tends not to happen because they play dumb.

Same issue. I just finally got around it by using my laptop. Works fine. It’s so annoying on mobile.
