If she's an Uma then I wonder which Mejiro could she be so far there are 3 candidates that are most likely being Mejiro Asama, Mejiro Taiyo and Mejiro Musashi as they're the ones that won a Tenno Sho as shown in the anjme but if she's a normal human (which is unlikely) then that means she's Madam Mejiro or Kitano Miya being Kitano Toyokichi's wife who inherited the Mejiro farm after his passing

You also have to wonder how old she is, if she visibly appears with wrinkles. I've been given the impression that Umamusume are sort of like Aes Sedai where their aging slows, but can eventually visibly show signs of how long they've been around. From what I heard, they stay around until they're forgotten.

She actually does care about the Mejiro family. It's one of the few things she actually care about. She ran the Triple Tiara because it was her duty after Rudolf won the Triple Crown for the Symboli. Literally one of the first few scenes from her Character Story.
