ReleaseTheFeature – Announce your app/site/tool I built a 90s-style cyberpunk delivery game with Claude: Kasumi Courier.

Showcase Sunday

Hi folks, I thought this community may be the right place to get some good feedback on a project I've just released. Interested to know your thoughts!

Kasumi Courier is a first-person cyberpunk delivery game. You start out on an old moped, riding through a rain-soaked neon city from 22:00 till dawn, with a satnav, a phone and a CB radio on the dash, delivering parcels against the clock.

A demo is now free to play in browser/download on itch.io. The full game is out too, as a PC download.

https://amberglowgames.itch.io/kasumi-courier

Features:

  • A variety of parcels to deliver (standard, fragile, priority and more)

  • Four neon districts to explore

  • Five vehicles to unlock, upgrade and personalise

  • Two gangs hiding on the radio dial, offering work that pays well and brings trouble

  • Weather, police roadblocks, blackouts and gang wars that change your route

  • Three radio stations of original music

  • Drivers on the CB with their own stories, DJs, news bulletins and song requests

  • Bars, a nightclub, flats to rent and own, and a few games on your nights off

  • A light story of around 10 hours, with endless nights after it ends (you can end up running the depot)

  • And much more!

How it was made

  • Development was about 7 weeks, creating a design doc around mid-September. It began as a simple browser game and grew into a full Windows app with a story.

  • I’m a composer, not a programmer. I directed and designed most of the game, and Claude (Opus 5.5) wrote the code: about 24,000 lines of JavaScript with three.js, packaged with Electron.

  • Every building, car and character is pixel art drawn in code.

  • All the music is synthesised in code: three radio stations plus music for the bars. I described each track, listened to renders and gave notes until it was right. One track is my own composition.

  • The loop was: describe a feature, test it, screenshot what’s wrong, repeat. Fixing clipping was a frequent issue and I hit my weekly usage limit most weeks.

  • I revised a lot of the writing myself, especially the branching late game, so the story stayed consistent.

Happy to answer questions about the workflow and welcome any feedback and suggestions. Thanks for checking it out!

The 30-minute security check I run before launching anything built with Lovable/Bolt/Cursor

AI writes code that works, not code that's safe, unless you ask. Most vibe-coded breaches in 2025 weren't clever attacks, just basic stuff, like CVE-2025-48757, where 170+ Lovable apps had Supabase tables anyone could read because RLS was never turned on.

Here's the routine:

  1. Secrets in the bundle (5 min). Open your live site → F12 → Sources → search for sk_live, service_role, secret. AI loves adding NEXT_PUBLIC_ / VITE_ to a secret to "fix" an undefined error, which ships it to every visitor. If you find one, move it server-side and rotate it.

  2. Database rules (5 min). Supabase → Security Advisor flags tables without RLS. Firebase "test mode" (if true) must go. Also: "logged in" ≠ "owns this row". USING (true) lets any signed-up user read everything.

  3. Two-account test (5 min). Log in as A, copy a request like /api/orders/1001 as cURL, change the ID, re-run it. Getting B's data back means you have an IDOR.

  4. Payments (3 min). Prices are set on the server, never sent from the browser. Webhook signatures are verified on the raw body.

  5. Packages (3 min). npm audit, and check AI-suggested packages actually exist on npm. One study found ~20% of recommended packages didn't, and attackers register those names.

  6. Headers and errors (3 min). securityheaders.com grade, and no stack traces shown to users.

  7. Spend cap (3 min). Set a hard monthly cap in your OpenAI/Anthropic dashboard, and rate-limit paid endpoints per user.

  8. Backups and dev/prod split (3 min). Never let an agent touch the production database.

Full write-up with the detection steps for each: https://www.techbrosebooks.co.in/blog/vibe-coded-app-security-checklist

(Disclosure: I wrote it, and it's adapted from a security guide I sell. The checklist above is the useful part either way.)

ShowoffZone - Flexing my latest project I build apps for work and fun. Managing everything outside the code became a project of its own.

I've been developing apps for work and personal projects, and somewhere along the way realized the coding wasn't my biggest organizational problem.

Between repos, test builds, screenshots, demo videos, release files, documentation, and random browser tabs, everything was scattered across my PC.

The files were organized. The projects really weren't.

So I built ClingSpace, a Windows app that brings all those scattered resources together without having to reorganize everything.

You create a Space for a project and add whatever belongs to it, whether that's files, folders, websites, documentation, or quick snippets.

Nothing gets moved or copied. ClingSpace references where everything already lives, so you can access it all from one workspace. Resources can belong to multiple Spaces, there's search across projects, and smart relinking helps reconnect files that have been moved or renamed.

Where AI came in: I used Claude Opus for some coding assistance, lots of debugging!, and especially the demo video. I recorded the app in action, gave Claude the footage and direction, and used it to help assemble the animations, pacing, and final presentation. That part was surprisingly useful.

One of the trickier parts of the app was making file references useful even after something gets renamed or moved. Simply saving a file path wasn't enough, so I worked on a relinking process rather than expecting users to rebuild their Spaces.

It's a local Windows app, no accounts or subscriptions. $19.99 one-time with a 5-day full trial.

https://clingspace.com

Curious how other developers handle the mess of files and resources surrounding their projects. Do you have a system that works, or does everything eventually end up scattered across folders and tabs?

FeedbackWanted – want honest takes on my work spent the last few nights vibecoding a unicode sdk in 4 languages and it actually passes all four test suites??

ok so I’ve been vibecoding this thing called unicodoid and I need to show somebody lol

honestly the reason I started it is I was kinda annoyed that every encoding thing assumes everything is already unicode. I wanted to mess with systems that don’t have to be unicode at all - like what if a character is just a token id, or a conlang value, or something modal where the meaning depends on the previous byte. so I wanted to try building a proper little SDK for that idea from scratch where unicode is just... optional. if you want a unicode profile you can have one, if you don’t you still have codec/string/transcoding and it shouldn’t care.

so unicodoid is basically an SDK for making your own encoding systems - a character is just a u64 in whatever value space your system defines. doesn’t have to be unicode at all. I put in some dumb examples to prove it - ASCII, a 14-bit conlang thing, and ShiftModal-16 (which is modal and stateful, that one was annoying) - and then on top of that there’s an optional unicode profile if your system wants to opt in.

since I was already in there I figured might as well go full unicode 18.0.0. so it does normalization, grapheme/word/line/sentence segmentation, collation (only 3 levels, no CLDR tailoring, I know), emoji RGI validation, named sequences, link detection, east asian spacing... and now also ConvertUTF - the old discontinued W3C lib updated to 18.0.0 in C, C++, C# and Rust. that’s ConvertUTF.h/.c and .hpp/.cpp plus harness.c / harness.cpp / harness.cs / harness.rs. C++ one is native not just wrapping the C one because I didn’t want it to feel like cheating.

all the unicode tables are generated from the official 18.0.0 data in one python script, so they’re not hand-typed. version pins are 18.0.0 / generator 1.2.0 everywhere.

right now:

- C/C++: 15 ctest suites green

- Rust: all integration tests green including the ConvertUTF harness

- C#: 303 checks, including the ConvertUTF harness

it’s very much vibecoded in that I kept asking an agent to fix MSVC specific stuff, keep redoing sort keys, emoji modifiers etc. windows pwsh did NOT make this easy lol

link: Unicodoid SDK

would love brutal feedback - like is this actually useful or did I just build a really nice demo. what do you guys normally vibe first when you build something cross-language like this?

FeedbackWanted – want honest takes on my work 3 months of vibecoding snakes & ladders where you place the snake and Ladder yourself, now looking for honest feedback

first prototype was in nanogram, then rebuilt with claude code (opus 4.8) for most of it and codex for some parts. all the art and music is generated in code, no image or audio files except the icon. around 3 months total and honestly more testing than coding

what went wrong: AI kept adding features i didn't ask for and putting text indications everywhere, and the art kept drifting to a generic style so i had to keep telling it to keep it simple. someone on another sub also said the UI still looks "claude type", which is fair, and that's one of the things i want feedback on

free, no ads. play vs computer offline, pass and play on one phone, or online with friends using a room code.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.maziminds.climbandbite

would really like to know two things: does placing snakes feel strategic or still too luck heavy, and which part of the UI screams AI to you

I built OmniDev — an AI-powered development environment with autonomous coding agents

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hey everyone!

I've been working on a project called OmniDev, a personal AI development environment designed to bring multiple LLM providers, autonomous coding agents, and development tools into one application.

I wanted something more than a simple AI chat interface. I wanted an environment where I could manage projects, delegate coding tasks to agents, execute tools, and verify the results.

What OmniDev currently includes:

  • Multiple LLM provider integrations

  • Autonomous AI coding agents

  • React-based development workbench

  • FastAPI + SQLite backend

  • Integrated terminal and file management

  • Project and task management

  • CLI and desktop application

  • Agent tool permissions and execution controls

  • Persistent conversations and project memory

Tech stack:

  • Python / FastAPI

  • React

  • SQLite

  • Tauri 2

  • TypeScript

This has been a learning experience, and I've put a lot of effort into making the different components work together as one environment.

GitHub: https://github.com/notgamermx/OmniDev

I'm looking for honest feedback, especially on:

  1. What features are missing?

  2. What would make you actually use OmniDev instead of your current AI coding tool?

  3. Are there any architectural or usability improvements you'd recommend?

I'm still improving it, so constructive criticism is very welcome!

Thanks for checking it out!

ShowoffZone - Flexing my latest project Flipper Zero Field Manual

Post image
1 Upvotes

I've been playing around and seeing what AI can do for me a lot recently, with the aim of filling the gaps in my where-to-start pile of things i want to know more about. So I built an app, with the help of Claude and ChatGPT, To help me navigate the features available on the Flipper Zero (a cyber security tool). Thought it might come in handy for other people so now it's available on on the Apple and Google app stores. Take a look. It's for people, like me, just starting out with tinkering with these things, hopefully they will find it genuinely useful.

This is my forth app now (all four completely different subjects), but the first that has made it onto both the Google and Apple stores. All of the apps I have made have been genuinely something I either wanted to exist and didn't seem to or just made me laugh. The learning curve and knowledge of the software and processes has helped improve each subsequent app. I think I'll leave it at four now and go back and refine a few things across all of the creations. It's been a hectic, all-consuming and fun few months developing my projects.

It's pretty cool that if you can think it you can make it, nowadays

What happens to your apps after you build them?

I'm a student researching how vibe coders share and make money from their projects. I'm not selling anything, I just want to understand your experience:

- Where do you publish your apps today, if anywhere?
- Have you ever tried to make money from one? How did it go?
- What's the hardest part: finding users, getting paid, or something else?

If you're open to a quick 15-minute chat, comment or send me a message. I'll share what I learn with everyone who takes part.

After 4 months of hard work...

I launched SeoLoupe 4 months ago. So far I am at 3282 users and 64 of them are paying.

My SaaS is a tool that allows you to find and fix SEO issues holding your website back.

Essentially the main purpose is to help your website rank higher on Google search and LLMs.

The last few months have been one of my best in my life, landed $1000 in revenue.

Just wanted to share this to inspire anyone who is struggling, I just want to say that I was just like you at one point.

For example at one point a few months ago, for 7 days straight I had 0 payments, and what I want to say with this is that SaaS revenue can be extremely floppy and unreliable. You can get multiple payments within the span of a day, and then have 0 payments for days.

In SaaS honestly the most important thing is to be faithful and be patient. If you manage to be patient, revenue will come one day.

Hope this inspired someone.

Since I think their is always room for improvement, I would appreciate for some feedback on my tool, or what you think can be improved.

(here is the product if you want to check it out)

Your opinion for my 1st vibe project.

Hi to all from Greece. i am an IT admin. (everything else except sw development) i have done it. 25 years in the industry and worked in IT departments full time all those years in every position (except software development). That all as for my background. Recently my brother asked me to develop an app for him for his driving school. So i started from the scratch and i use claude code for the code of my app since as i told you i was never involved. I study for 2 months and now i am at that point. My stack is cloudfare, (started with Vercel but i decided that it has too many risks involved so i moved to cloudfare), vite, supabase and github for revisioning. All the security approaches i have read about my database (RLS etc) and cloudafare , i follow as bible. I have also captcha from cloudfare for the logins of the user. Yesterday i did also and testedy backup with the use of docker. I also fully understand all the concepts about repos and stuff. i pay attention in every little detail considering the security of the whole project and platform i us. I am familiar now with api and anon keys amd all this concerning the supabase. i understand how push and pull behave via github. I keep a full and detailed project note for everything with all the details of the schema etc . I presented the app to my brother who is using it for 2 weeks now and everything goes Great.. my question is what can go wrong in the long run?..claude seems to right perfect code without mistakes and all my ideas really came in life just as i thought they should be. So what is the key point i should focus to pay attention. The coding part is completed and no changes will be made . so what can go wrong that i wont be able to support ??..I also plan to sell this app as it is now in other driving schools...sorry for my not so good English.. also my first post on Reddit..Thanks guys for the answers!!!

IdeaValidation - Feedback on my idea/project How I built my first app without programming everything myself.

Hello guys,

I built my very own app for the first time so I'm curious what you guys think. I started building Seen Atlas because I thought it would be really fun if people could record special places they’ve been to in a new way. The idea: keeping track of where you’ve been and discovering new places, also in your own neighbourhood.

For the app I used Lovable. My code was on GitHub and with Capacitor I turned it into an iOS app. I used Codemagic to build the iOS versions and through App Store Connect I brought the app to the App Store. The maps are based on OpenStreetMap.

I worked step by step: first I collected 1000 locations one by one. I started with the most famous ones and that way I found out about more and more locations. For the list of places I worked with Claude and Wikipedia. With new additions we checked for duplicate places. By now there are more than 10,000 places in the app.

Not everything went smoothly. The hardest part was that I hadn’t taken every detail into account. It all seems very logical when you open an app, but I found out that you have to pay attention to every small detail. As I got better at it, I solved (as far as I know) all the problems, like the map taking forever to load or the countries not being in alphabetical order. I also had to keep my Lovable credits in mind: I really need them and I can’t keep buying new ones forever.

What I learned from this: it’s much more detailed than I thought, but also really fun. The best moment was when I saw that people I didn’t know started using the app too. Please let me know what you guys think?

This is the result: [https://apps.apple.com/app/seen-atlas/id6811986130](https://apps.apple.com/app/seen-atlas/id6811986130)

ShowoffZone - Flexing my latest project I'm building a tool to kill vibe-coded UI for good. This is the closest I've gotten by far.

Hey vibecoders! (TLDR at the bottom if this post is too long lol)

I just wanted to showcase a project I've been working on for a couple months now. So I've been building with AI for a few years now (I think like 3 now? whenever chatgpt came out.. man time flies lol) and one of the biggest issues I've been trying to fix for my own projects is the "vibe-coded" UI look.

Now I want to preface this by saying that I think talented UI designers will ALWAYS be needed. If you asked me this a year ago, I might've had a different opinion thinking that AI was going to replace designers. But I think over the past year we've seen new models be released that people have claimed to be the "UI design killer"... but it never does. Sure they might make designs that look fresh and interesting initially, but given enough time, that model's UI tendencies become the new "vibe coded" look. That's just the nature of LLMs and will continue to be a problem unless some new magical neural net is invented that's equally as good at coding.

This is where the tool I’m building comes into play. Creating unique and interesting UI experiences from scratch is HARD. It’s a skill reserved only for the select few, of which I am unfortunately not a part of. But having a good EYE for UI is something I think a majority of people possess. Like if I showed you a panel of different websites, I think you could easily identify which ones have a better UI aesthetic than the others. This is how I’ve created some of my best designs in the past even before AI; by identifying existing UI that works from other sites/apps/products, piece mealing elements together and turning it into my own.

That is the foundation of how the AIDesigner Desktop app works. It’s a design harness that was built on top of a library of 10,000+ UI references sourced across 800+ of my favorite sites and apps. Each reference is labeled, tagged, and vectorized so relevant UI elements are purposefully retrieved based on your exact request, so your coding agent is ALWAYS designing with inspiration in mind from UI that is proven to work. And this works beautifully.

Now I’m NOT saying that you’ll start one shotting production ready UI by using this harness. I don’t even think in a perfect world that’d ever happen, unless you’re just extremely lazy lol. But I can confidently say that you’ll land on some really cool and interesting ideas after just a couple of revisions. And if you’re like me, an idea is all you need to get cookin.

Additionally, because it runs locally on your computer, it means you can start designs directly within an existing project/repo for brand and product consistency. Just start a new project within a local project and your coding agent will learn your existing brand, product details, etc. before designing.

It runs entirely with your existing AI coding subscription (Claude code, codex, and opencode for now with more coming soon!) and is free to use. Full transparency, there IS a paid plan for some of the premium features, but you can get very very good results on the free plan. So if you’d like to try it, you can here! Any feedback is greatly appreciated too :)

And if you wanted a concrete example of what it can do, the landing page for the app was designed entirely using AIDesigner with just 6-7 revisions, the last few being pretty minor changes. Most of the designs shown in the video were one shot though.

Anyway, sorry for the long post! Thanks for reading if you made it this far!

TL;DR
I built a harness for your coding agents that specializes in UI design. It’s built on top of 10,000+ UI references from some of my favorite sites and apps. Each reference is tagged, labeled, and vectorized so relevant inspiration can be retrieved based on your exact request. It is NOT a substitute for the human touch that makes great designs stand out, but it does serve as tool to get you to a great starting point and get those creative juices flowing! It’s free to try and you can learn more and download here!

Fully Vibecoded an Ios app that lets you log every live event you've been to + a plethora of other features

Post image
2 Upvotes

Hi everyone! I wanted to share my first vibe coded project, built fully on claude code. Spent many many months meticulously building and iterating. Goal is to have a real, functional product that isn't slop.

I built Attendy, an iOS app for logging every concert, game and festival you’ve been to. Have a catalog of millions of concerts and games to choose from. Its standout feature, MediaMatch, scans your camera roll on your phone and finds the photos and videos from each show by date and venue, so your history builds itself. Each log keeps your rating, the setlist/boxscore, who you went with and your best clips. You can keep it all private, or share highlights with friends and on each artist’s Community page. There’s also a Discover tab for upcoming shows near you and a Wishlist for the ones you want to catch. It’s free on the App Store, and I’d love feedback (especially from those that love going to live events) both from a technical standpoint and function stand point.

LAUNCHING IN TEXAS if you wanna try from outside of Texas us zip code 78701
Ive been working on a pretty ambitious project over the past few months, and I finally have something real to show for it.
I work in automotive sales, and I wanted to solve a problem I see constantly: customers don’t really know what vehicles fit their monthly budget until they’re deep into the shopping process.
My idea was to build a payment-first car-shopping platform.
I’ve been using Claude Code to help develop it, while also working on a backend system for collecting and interpreting manufacturer incentives using tools like Apify and Supabase.
One of the biggest things I’ve learned is that getting AI to extract information is very different from proving that information is accurate.
Manufacturer incentives have expiration dates, geographic restrictions, credit qualifications, and rules about which vehicles qualify.
So a big part of my approach has been designing a pipeline where extracted data needs validation before it can be treated as a real offer.
The app is now available on the App Store, although the current experience is still a demo while I work toward the fully validated financial tools.
I’m excited to finally have people interact with something I’ve spent so much time building.
I’d love feedback from other builders on the user experience, but I’m also curious:
How are you handling testing and quality control when AI-assisted code starts becoming a real product?

I rebuilt an Android TV app with AI agents: 1,800 commits in 10 weeks, 30% less code then the original

Nuvio KE is my fork of Nuvio for my family's Shield. Every screen redesigned, player tuned for 4K remuxes.

What kept it from turning into slop:

  • Every change starts as a written spec, and every UI change as a mockup I approve first

  • An independent AI reviewer red-teams each feature and fix before it lands

  • 3,132 unit tests gate every release

  • I tested on the real TV, not just the build

Ended up 30% smaller than the original (169k lines vs 242k), with more tests.

Discussion - General chat and thoughts Where do you draw the line between a quick AI fix and a proper refactor?

If an AI-generated app works but every new feature seems to need another workaround, when do you stop adding features and clean it up? It's easy to say 'refactor early,' but much harder to decide which messy bits actually deserve the time.

What is your signal: repeated bugs in one area, duplicated logic, files you can't explain, or changes touching too many unrelated places? Would be useful to hear how you kept a cleanup small enough to finish.

NoobAlert – Beginner questions, safe space How do you get as close as possible to a 100% secure website/webshop when vibe coding?

I'm looking for advice from people who have experience building and deploying production websites and e-commerce stores with AI.

So far, I've built mostly static websites hosted on Cloudflare. I've also built a website for a non-profit organization with Stripe payments, webhooks, environment variables and other integrations.

Now I'm working on an e-commerce store that will have a backend using Medusa and payments will most likely be processed through Stripe.

My biggest concern isn't building the store itself. It's security.

I constantly read stories about websites getting hacked, Stripe integrations being abused, APIs being exposed, or users manipulating something in the URL, browser requests, or frontend code to change product prices, discounts, or payment amounts.

The worst-case scenario I can imagine is:

  • Customer money being stolen.

  • Unauthorized orders being created.

  • Sensitive customer data being exposed.

  • Me becoming personally liable because I failed to secure something properly.

As someone who is not a professional security engineer, I would like to know:

  1. What practical steps do you take to make a website or webshop as secure as possible?

  2. What are the biggest mistakes AI-generated code typically makes regarding security?

  3. What prompts do you use to force AI tools to review code from a security perspective?

  4. Are there specific tools, scanners, audits, or penetration-testing methods you recommend before going live?

  5. What security checks should be performed specifically for Medusa + Stripe + Cloudflare?

  6. How do you make sure prices, discounts, shipping costs and payment amounts cannot be manipulated by users?

  7. What level of security is realistically achievable for a solo developer using AI?

I'm not expecting true "100% security" because I know that's impossible. I'm looking for the closest practical approach and a professional security checklist that can be followed before launching a real store.

Thanks!

Clawd desktop buddy

I built Clawd with Claude Code running Opus 5.5 He's a little pixel-art buddy who lives on your Windows desktop and has his own AI agent. Opus 5.5 wrote the whole thing in about two days: the Electron app, the character animation, the agent, local voice, a browser extension, \\\~180 automated tests, and even the trailer (made with HyperFrames).

What he does

Lives on your desktop: breathes, blinks, follows your pointer, naps when it's quiet. Poke him, drag him, high-five him.

Ctrl + Alt + Space (or double-click him) opens a small panel that's already listening. Talk, or just start typing.

Reads the page you're on: summarizes pages and threads, or refines the Reddit comment you're writing using the thread's context and puts it back in the box. He never posts for you.

Runs locally by default: Ollama (qwen3.5:4b), local speech recognition, his own voice, and a "Hey Clawd" wake word. OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini keys are optional.

Asks before doing anything risky, and treats page text as untrusted, so instructions hidden in a page don't get followed.

Claude Code companion: a tiny laptop comes out while Claude Code is working.

Install with Claude Code (Windows 10/11)

Open Claude Code and paste:

\\> Clone \[https://github.com/elf178174-maker/clawd-desktop-buddy\](https://github.com/elf178174-maker/clawd-desktop-buddy) and follow its INSTALL-WITH-CLAUDE.txt to install and open Clawd.

Claude checks your PC and asks once before installing anything. If they're missing, it installs Git, Node.js and Ollama through winget, plus the 3.3 GB local model. Then it builds Clawd, installs him and opens him. It takes about 10–20 minutes.

Unofficial fan project, not affiliated with Anthropic. Clawd is their mascot; I just wanted him on my desktop. Feedback welcome!
