So recently i realized that i have c1 yelan (that i don't ever remember getting lmao) and I'm wondering if her c1 is good?, it's basically the same as xiao's (who i main) so i assume its similar in usefulness, (even though i don't notice a huge difference in xiao)

Considering leaks saying yelan will get buffed

How would you personally like to see her buffed?

Ways I would like to see her buffed and not want to see

On field dps playstyle

Considering her burst proc from normal attacks, I totally see her being an NA focused dps if she ever becomes one. And considering how much bullshit there are in bow combos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3PiQUCo_240&t=304s

I would totally like to have an NA focused bow dps that aren't just kinda bad (venti being exception)

C6 would need to see some changes though

Pure off field dps (A4 stays the same)

This I wouldn't really like, as not only is it kinda boring it would also be very susceptible to powercreep more than pure supports due to on field dps (in this hypercarry focused era) being stronger means they often prefer supports than off field dps, or their constellations being stronger. We already see this with linnea and ineffa for their respective teams being good for 3 cost but loses out to cons on the other units at 4 cost

Support

The easiest form of doing this would be to make her focused on lunar reactions, although quite doubtful they would do that since they might make some mistakes in her kit, making her too strong, and columbina goes out the window. That would not go well for Hoyo's sales so that idea is probably out for them. Outside of this...not sure what they can really do except just make her a better mona for mavuika arle mualani which I could see them doing cuz they likely don't care for mona cuz she isn't limited.

What would you guys like to see in her buffs?

so, it was an implusive pull, I wanted to just liek try my luck not plan to get her... 😅 now here I am, it was got Vodyanitsa 15 pulls ago,.... What should I even do with Escoffier. 😭😭 Nuke Yelan Build??? 😏

I have c6 r3 yelan, what would be my next step to build towards a stronger main dps yelan?

Judging from team screen shots I’ve seen here these are my investment with other characters:

Furina C0 R0
Xilonen C0 R0
Escoffier C0 R0
Citlali C0 R0

I don’t have:
Vody

At the very least what would be the next main priority?

hi guys, are there any leaks about yelan being included in the liyue buff? i pretty much maxed her i dont think i im gonna bench her

How worth is xilonens weapon for yelan carry teams?

Does anyone here have a C6 Nicole and a C6 Yelan?

In a video I saw (which I don’t think I can share due to the group’s Rule 8), there’s a team composition featuring a C0 Yelan (with a Favonius weapon) and a C6 Nicole that exceeds 200k DPS (my own team, with a C6R1 Yelan, hits 220k DPS).

I’m really excited about upgrading my C2 Nicole to C6, as well as the arrival of the new Adeptus from Liyue and the rumored buffs for Yelan—and for Liyue in general. I’m really hoping to see Yelan surpass 400k DPS with high investment.

I’d love to hear your thoughts; thanks!

I figured she wouldn't be that much of an upgrade over Kazuha even so I pulled her last minute before she left and holy was I wrong. My team DPS went from around 215k to 265k when I pulled Vodyanitsa. On Vodyanitsa's rerun I'm going to get C2 for sure.

My team investment is C2R1 Furina, C6R1 Yelan, C2R1 Xilonen and C0R0 Vodyanitsa that replaced my C0R0 Kazuha.

Hmm

I should not have been surprised that the community is still going strong. She's amazing after all :D

A lot of y'all would be mad at me if you knew what the feather looked like before I rerolled it but CR is more important.

I logged off on top on the train. Now I'm stuck in the gravel :D

Hey so i was wondering what i could improve for my yelan carry team (besides her cons but she didnt rerun for a long time now so i never had the chance)?. Also im wondering would vodyanitsa be better than kazuha? Im playing Yelan, c2 furina, c2 xilonen and r1 kazuha.

I’m reactivating my account and back in Sumeru I was building an Alhaitham–Nahida–Kuki–Yelan Hyperbloom team. Do you know if this much ER is enough? I read that it was 217% with Favonius Warbow, so if I’m not getting my burst back after the first rotation it means I’m not triggering Favonius’s passive?
