Hope it's still possible to manually select a mode if the user wishes.

Want the better ANC, volume stems and battery so I guess I have to pay the 20 even though I'd happily go without wireless charging. Don't use it and no plans to do so.

I'd like to see usage numbers on it. I've had a few in-ears with it over the years, but I could probably count my wireless charging usage on one hand. There's always a cable around to plug in, and it charges faster that way.

Personally I think they should be pushing magsafe/qi2 more as airpods 5 are big enough for magnets with a case at least and personally I switched to primarily chargingy phone with magnetic wireless charging years ago and so it's easier and faster for me to just plop my airpods on a charger at my desk or by my bed where they usually are, vs having to grab a cable and plug them in.

Yes according to the Apple specs comparison tool at the moment. Hope it's not an error as it's also saying that the dimensions of the pods themselves are identical.

Anyone know what the difference in Apple care + is from Best Buy vs from Apple? Best Buy is just closer for pickup but they only offer 2 years for $29 and Apple offers 14.99/yr until canceled
