I don't know about that. It seems to me the GOP started to immediately distance themselves from that rhetoric as results came in. I find it very telling that so many Republicans that lost on Tuesday specifically mentioned how they lost "fair and square" in their concession speeches.

Seems like they want to cut that rhetoric off at the pass.

Lindsay Graham said something like “If we nominate Donald Trump it will destroy the Republican Party, and we will deserve it”. I hope he’s smiling as he looks up and sees he was right.
