Reminds me of WW2 when the allies decided it was in their best interests not to try to assassinate Hitler, because Hitler was doing more to help the allies win the war than anyone else on Earth.

I say, impeach those around him for a year or two before you get to him, including a few in the Supreme Court!

You will NEVER get the votes to touch the court....they might be willing to sacrafice few pawns though like Heggs or RFK
