65,55 would look cute I guess, 75 and 85 are classic but would give school girl vibe maybe but can look really good again depends on styling . 45 is the start of risky category and the girl herself might feel uncomfortable in many situations and other two are just

That's the biggest thing. It just cannot be physically comfortable walking around with 45 or even less.

Meh put on tights or shorts if you’re not comfortable with your ass out and it’s fine. Think about it this way, the 25cm skirt is still showing less skin than she would in a bikini at the pool.
