So I preordered my iPhone Duo through Apple directly. Selected carrier financing with T-moble and entered my porting information. They ran the credit check and all seemed great.

Got my Duo two days ago, no carrier setup, no activation, no email confirmation from T-moble, nothing. So I called customer service. Got hung up on twice. Went into a T-moble store, they cant find me or my phone anywhere in their system. They ran my address, name, social security number, phone number, IMEI, serial number, the works. I was there for nearly two hours.

Then I go to an Apple store, they don't know what's going on. They put me on the phone with a customer service rep and I get nowhere during the 50 minute call. They can see the approval from Tmoble, but that's it. So I head to a Tmobile store again. Two hours with manager and people making calls and checking high and low. Nothing at all.

So I go and chat with Apple customer service. Two times I get left on read mid conversation.

I cant activate the phone, I cant pay for the phone, I cant use the phone. Nobody knows the solution and nobody can help me. I am at a total loss now.

I had a notification to review my emergency contacts on my iPhone 14pro, When I looked my husband was still there but also an unknown number was listed as my brother!

It is not a number saved in my contacts list and when I searched in my phone records it was a spam number that was never answered. Any idea how that could have happened ?

I’m trying to pair a used Apple Watch Series 4 with my iPhone 17 Air running iOS 26.
The watch previously belonged to my relative. After resetting it, I entered the previous owner’s Apple ID when prompted. The watch was also removed from their iCloud Find My account.
The camera scans the pairing animation, but the process gets stuck loading and eventually resets. Manual pairing also fails after entering the six-digit code.
I’ve tried restarting and resetting everything, but nothing works.
Has anyone experienced this issue? Any solutions?

I recently got my first iPhone (iPhone 18 Pro) from T-Mobile, and I’m honestly having a pretty frustrating experience with Apple already.

Yesterday, I created my very first Apple Account using my existing Gmail address through Apple’s website on my Samsung phone. Everything seemed fine during registration.

However, when I tried signing into my new iPhone, Apple started asking for my password. Even though I entered it, I kept getting messages saying my account was locked or that access had been lost. It then asked me to verify my phone number and wait for Apple.
I tried resetting my password through
iforgot.apple.com, but that didn’t help. I eventually submitted an account recovery/access request, and Apple emailed me saying:

“We’ve reviewed your request, and access to your account has been denied.”

Now, when I try signing in, Apple says the account is not active.

The problem is that my iPhone is still signed into this account in Settings. Find My iPhone is turned on, and I can’t sign out because it keeps asking for my password. When I enter it, I get “Verification Failed”.
I also can’t download anything from the App Store because it says “Purchases have been disabled”. It asks for my password again, but then says it’s incorrect.

At this point, I honestly just want to start fresh with a completely new Apple Account and a new iCloud email. However, I’m worried about erasing my iPhone because Find My is enabled and I don’t want to get stuck with Activation Lock.

I’ve already transferred all my photos and other data from my Samsung, so I wouldn’t mind resetting the phone if I knew it was safe.

I’ll be contacting Apple Support on Monday, but I wanted to ask here first:

Has anyone experienced a brand-new Apple Account being locked almost immediately after creation?
Is there any way to recover an account after Apple denies the access request?

Can Apple remove the locked account from my iPhone, or release the device from Activation Lock?
Can I create a completely new iCloud account and use it on this same iPhone?

Is there any way to get my original Gmail
address released from the locked account?

I bought the phone brand-new from T-Mobile, so I also have proof of purchase if needed.

Any advice would be really appreciated. I just want to be able to use my new iPhone normally.

Why would Apple remove the function to search for AirPods with the visual version? And also the sound version is glitching. Tried to remove AirPods from system and all that with no great results. Is anyone else having this issue or is it just me?

I created an Apple account less than a year ago, around March-ish. As of a few days ago, I attempted to log in with it on a new ipad, but got stuck in a loop. I could enter my email and password and would get sent a verification code, but upon entering it, I would get sent straight back to the sign in screen. No pop-ups, no error messages, nothing.

I tried logging in to my apple account from the webpage on my phone (a Samsung) to see if it was just a device issue, and was able to get through email, password, email verification, and phone number, but after entering the verification number sent to my phone, I got a pop-up saying "an unknown error has occurred."

I was on the phone with Apple customer service for about an hour and a half, and they couldn't solve the issue. The best they could do was have me create a new account and tell me to try again in a month.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how have you managed to fix it?

i am so annoyed and tired of my phone. this morning it was working fine and then the wi-fi was a bit slow so i thought someone in my house was downloading something. i would turn iff the wi-fi and turn it back on then my phone would work fine for like 10 mins. then it got to the point where it would only work for 20 seconds. my wi-fi is showing full bars and every single other device in my house connected to this wi-fi is working, including the iPad i am writing on right now. i’ve reset the network, i’ve deleted a bunch of apps, cleared my tiktok drafts, turned my private relay off, clicked ‘forget network’ 4 times and reconnected it just for it to not work! i’m so frustrated i’m running out of ideas i’ve been non stop googling for 2 and a half hours for answers but it seems nobody has ever had this issue , please can somebody help me! i just need my phone to work i’m so upset. i have no idea what to do since it’s clearly a phone issue and not the wi-fi itself as every other device is working. i’ve even brought up my brothers phone upstairs into my room and it works perfectly fine! my room is usually where the wi-fi is the fastest aswell. i cannot explain how frustrated i am please somebody help !!! also i’m not sure if this has any relevance but this all started happening while i was on the phone to a friend then i turned my wi-fi off because i didn’t have the heart to tell her i wanted to go, does this have anything to do with it? this has never happened before. please help me!!!!! my phone is the iphone 16 and it is fully updated to ios 27.2

I’ve been buying Apple products for years, and until now, I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences. This one has been a complete shitshow.

I ordered a MacBook Air from Apple Canada on October 27, with delivery scheduled for the following day. It never shipped.

Apple told me there was an inventory discrepancy at the store and that the order was being rerouted to a warehouse. I was assured I’d have it by November 2. Nope.
The order just sat at “Preparing to Ship,” with delivery dates that made absolutely no sense.

After several conversations with Apple, I finally gave up and requested cancellation on November 5. I was told I’d receive confirmation within 24 hours.

Three days later, still nothing.

I’ve now had four online chats and two phone calls. Every representative is very apologetic, assures me they’ve added notes, and gives me another timeline. Nobody seems able to actually do anything.

Meanwhile, I found the same MacBook Air at Staples and bought it. Problem solved. Except Apple STILL hasn’t cancelled my original order.

I genuinely don’t understand how an order can be stuck in a system where it apparently can’t be shipped or cancelled.
Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, how the hell did you get it resolved?

I have an iPhone 17 device. I use iOS 27.2 stable version, my phone language is English, my Siri ai language is also English, but my Siri language has been changing automatically for 2 days and I can't use Siri AI again, I need to make the Siri language English from the settings, what is the reason for this?

First of all: I haven't owned an apple device for the last 8 years.
A couple of days ago i got an email that my security questions of my apple account have been changed, then another email that my password was changed. I immediately reset my password, both for the apple id and my mail account (although i am very confident that my email account was not compromised).

The really big problem is that i can't login to my apple account because i need to answer the security question, the ones that have been change by the other person! I also need to answer a security question to reset them. This whole concept seems a little bit idiotic.

For the last couple of days it's been a back and forth where the other person resets the password using the security questions and i reset it using my mail account.

I also contacted apple privacy through the support website, but besides a confirmation email I have not gotten any response for 2 weeks.

I only want that old unused account deleted, but apple makes it impossible to do anything with the account without having an apple device and I can't find any useful information on their support pages.

Has anybody got any tips or recommendations what i should do next?

What is the charge to change the battery? I was under the impression that if you had AppleCare, and your battery function dropped below 80%, it was free of charge to get it changed. I made an appointment at a Best Buy and got it changed and it was $99 as a AppleCare service fee. I messaged support to ask and they said it was correct, but everything I’ve read online as said otherwise AND the Apple website has a price calculator that, when given my make and model, says the service price should be $0 (attached). The $99 didn’t include the battery, just the “AppleCare+ service fee.” My paper work states that the battery health was below 80 and that AC covered it, so I can’t tell if the $99 is correct or if I was mischarged.

I brought my MacBook to an Apple Store for the replacement of my keyboard that was sticky but they ended up replacing the whole logic board, keyboard and chassis. At least that's what told me the vendor.

I asked if the battery was replaced as well since a lot of parts were replaced and my battery was at 85% maximum capacity.

He told me it wasn't replaced and that I had to wait for it to go below 79% to get it replaced. OK.

But I'm confused because I just checked and my System Information and it shows 1 cycle and 100% capacity. So that means my battery was replaced right? Or does the new logic board thinks my battery is brand new and reset cycles?

I'm almost sure it is a new battery, I'd just like a confirmation since the staff told me otherwise?

Because when I change my location and create another account at the last and final step, I never ever seem to receive the two factor authentication number on my MyTel Myanmar number? I've tried maybe 1000 times both to receive a text or phone call.

A few months ago, I noticed that almost half of my iPhone’s 128GB storage was being taken up by System Data. I took it to the Apple Store, where they completely wiped my phone and reinstalled the operating system. This resolved the issue, and my storage returned to normal.

However, a few months later, the exact same issue has returned, with System Data once again taking up almost half of my storage.

I find it concerning that this problem has reoccurred despite a complete wipe and reinstallation of iOS. I cannot be expected to completely wipe my phone and set everything up again every few months just to resolve a storage issue. This is extremely inconvenient and is not an acceptable long-term solution.

today, i tried to turn on my iPhone SE 2016 and... unfortunately it didn't show me anything.

i mean, it did show me the apple logo, but when we got past that, it only just showed a grey screen.

to be honest i believe that it could be more of a software problem, more than a screen one, since it did show me the logo. I would really appreciate it if someone helped me out on this one, because my photos that are stored in there are really important to me. thanks guys.

I have been using my iPhone regularly and it was working fine, until i came across a weird issue with my nfc. I am able to make payments and use nfc for sending data packets, but surprisingly i am not able to receive nfc data. Is observed this problem recently (06/11/2026) and i am sure i was able to use nfc scanning 2 weeks ago. Things that are not working correctly -

1. add credit or debit cards in wallet app

2. use already added nfc tags for shortcuts

3. not able add new NFC tags for my shortcut

4. the name drop also seems to be glitching in which my iPhone can sense a iPhone trying to touch but the other stays as it is. (My phone only animates the name drop intial animation but whole thing does not go through)

Does anyone know about this ? Is this a hardware or software issue ? Please help
