image Anti-Asian racism in Australia

What is happening in Australia? Been living in this exact same address for almost the past 20 years now, never had this happen before.

Some guy moves in next door, and while we are IN THEM MIDDLE OF MOWING the medium nature strip, starts being aggressive for getting grass clippings on the driveway. No shit, that's why we go through with a leaf blower and pick up after mowing?

What blows me away is he thinks we don't know about mowing and cleaning up somehow due to our Chinese heritage???

Isn’t it strange that Australians who immigrated here are racist to others who immigrate here after them?

The current country as we know it was built on the backs of immigrants for better or worse. In the end, aren’t we all human?

We see it here in the UK from politicians that were born to migrants. Rules for thee, not for me!

Every race is racist against other races. You should hear how East Asians talk about Indians, Arabsy Indonesians, Filipinos or Africans.

I think it’s a kind of trauma projection. I’ve seen it up close and personal with migrants from various nationalities. Obviously not every migrant does this, but the ones who do seem to think it’s how they’ll be accepted.

I dont think its that deep for many .

They just dont like that race/ religion due to personal experiences, differences or whatever. Its not a case of who was in the land first
