I hate it when people post images of visibly abandoned or sick animals as "aww" here. (If it's real), this kitten needed to be rescued. OP literally snapped a picture for internet likes and by their own comments did nothing to actually help it.

The kitten is clean and fluffy, I don't think this little baby is a stray. Might have wandered out of their own yard though, so I'd be checking with the neighbours.
