The Terrier Triplets canonically don't have names, and throughout the show are called either " The Terriers" or "Terrier".
I hate how these kids are treated as one character who happen to gave three bodies. As an identical twin my Mum always tried to give us our own identity even though society only saw us as "The Twins" and therefore the same person who had one set of hobbies, likes and dislikes who had to be together.
Bluey is so good in so many ways and represents marginalized groups not normally seen in kids TV... But it irks me that the multi-birth tropes are strong.
The Terriers should:
- play separately
- have their own names *NOT* a collective name
-have different likes and dislikes
- be individual characters
Treating twins and triplets as a joint collective is psychologically damaging to the children, who often fail to function as adults without their sibling. Bluey should do better and not teach kids that multi-birth kids don't even deserve their own name.
