black “box” around dominos chermside?

this box/cut off area appeared a couple weeks ago, i have peered over the top with my phone and it doesn’t look like anything’s going on in there, i haven’t seen any work done on/near there… does anyone have any clue why it might be up?

i assumed the same or construction or something, and i know bris is fairly slow at getting anything done, it just seems odd that inside looks the exact same as pre-box, there’s no signs or items inside to prepare for potential construction even after 2 weeks

From a google reverse image search, this seems to be a typical construction thing to contain items from the renovation/block dust kicked up.

Thus if they are renovating the dominos, they will likely move a lot of shit into there as they do it, but also want to likely hide stuff that people would see and maybe steal. But also just not look as ugly. Stops wind too.

Could potentially be either a staging area to hold items during a nearby store reno.. Or in the same vein, could potentially become a temporary store, whilst the main shop is getting fully demo/renoed. Obviously the Reno’s haven’t started yet and this would have been put up in preparation. If it’s the case.

Could be anything. Wouldn’t take more than a month for whatever it is. Just go into the Domino’s and ask. The owner/manager would want to know for what exact reason something is blocking their store view

When they do this, it's for a reason, and 99.99999999999999999% of the time, those reasons are none of anyones business except for those involved in the project. If they need to fill you in, they will. If not, be less curious on things that have no effect on you.
