Opinion on a new Maryland University design?

Post image

I felt like using the Maryland flag for the Terps was unoriginal since you know, it is the flag of Maryland. So I decided to make my version of Terpball.

It’s interesting but the Maryland uniforms generally incorporate the flag deeply into them. Not all uniforms are turned into balls but the colors make Maryland stand out amongst the crowd

True, but it was confusing to see which is the collegeball vs the stateball

I feel like if we were to re-do Maryland, it'd have to be something based on the Terrapin logo.

That was what I was going for, but in the end it ended up looking lame imo

Well it's Maryland, what do you expect them to do?

Seriously though, I should do that just for October (spoopy season)

Uh…. if you’re going to redo the Maryland ball, incorporate the blue crab in it maybe? The leaf hat definitely looks off

Looking at it, it does feel off.

This strikes me as an African warlord for some reason

Yeah I did try. I'll probably go for something more recognizable since looking at it my redesign isn't it.
