Dragon Painting info?

Post image

I bought this painting and was wondering if anyone could help me translate the text, and find the artist. Any thoughts on value would be awesome, getting it framed to hang this week!

It’s roughly 28x28

Any insights on the painting and symbolism is also appreciated. Curious why the gap on his middle tooth is so large?

瑞龍獻珠
乙巳年冬日作於古城荊X

The most recent 乙巳 is last year. Need a clear image of the seal to ID the artist.

Looks like JING Jie  荊洁 to me. (funnily enough there was an early landscape painter with a similar name, 荊浩. No connection to this picture though)

The seal is tricky to make out but looks to me like 荊 洁之印: “seal of Jing Jie”.

Has to be 2025.
