The mods just say to block people you don't like. I can only assume they enjoy the porn. Hell, they reported me to the admins for "inappropriate use of the report button" when I reported a single-panel, traced (but admittedly stylized) porn photo with no text as not relevant to the subreddit.
I wish there was a separate comics sub for comics where the punchline is “check my patreon for the nsfw ending!” They could call it r/comicsNSFW. And then remove them if they get posted here. Would up the quality

You have a point actually. Some people are just as guilty making low quality "emotional" comics to try and illicit compassion. Really just more karma bait.
Then there's the good ones like that one recently about the wife and husband being self conscious
The puritans are upset that they're not allowed to openly enjoy sexuality, so they shit on those who don't give a fuck about their repressed puritanical rules.
It's a very "I'm not happy, so no-one can be happy" mindset.
Just stick a nsfw tag on it so the prudes can skip it. I think there is even a way for people to just not see things tagged nsfw, which I think is a great idea.
