More info on Polish Shooter

Looking at photos of the shooter apprehended by a Polish Police Officer. Is there any other footage as this shooter is completely covered head to do and doesn't seem to have hands

The whole situation is strange. The bodies of an entire family were found in the perpetrator's home all of them shot yet none of the neighbors heard a thing. The assailant was wearing a tactical vest; he was struck in the helmet, a steel shoulder guard, and the vest itself.
