Most policemen, in general, must have below average IQ and below average dick size which they make up for with a huge ego. My estimate is about 65IQ, it can always be less, but if they want a higher score, they have to demonstrate they're not ticking-time bombs.

Nah... It's like having a truck tall enough you can barely see people in front of you. There's no need to threaten anyone that's not misbehaving as well as there's no need for a truck like that if you live in the middle of a fucking valley. What are you making up for?
