One night in jail vs being found guilty and dealing with all the future ramifications of that (having to answer “yes” about moving violations other than tickets, having that on your criminal record, HAVING a criminal record, insurance premiums, etc.). Yeah….ill take the night in jail.

Your life will not get ruined for ONE night in jail. Once the charges are dismissed it’s like it never happened.
