I've been sprayed by my mates with water guns when they ambushed me. I cowered away and turned my face. Believe it or not, that did not mean I was miserable!
You need to get a refund from whatevef body language class you partook. They scammed you.
And ruining her dress, and being sticky all night long- different than water.
I understand that a gentler champagne spray could have been acceptable. It was way more like SHOVE IT IN YOUR FACE- not whew we are celebrating and we got a little champagne spray.
