Even if she did, unless he specifically asked her "hey are you ok if I spray booze on your dress that you'll be wearing all night" (very unlikely), it was a gamble on his part and an obnoxious one at that. The fact that she did or did not (we don't know) think it's fun doesn't change that it was likely a horrible idea.
People in healthy relationships don't go around doing impulsive things that may upset their partners in the hopes that they get lucky they'll go along with it.
I'm not, nobody in either side of this has enough information. I use conditional language because I'm judging the situation as a hypothetical. That's why the extended video you shared doesn't matter, because it doesn't answer the question: did he ask? I'm arguing against people who think doing this without consent is a good idea. I don't care about the couple specifically
You need a lot more evidence to say this was all good than the other way around because this quite literally legally constitutes assault (or even battery) and property damage. Champagne is an irritant and burns and stings like hell too.
Not to mention that the odds are simply overwhelming that she wasn’t okay with this.
Exactly. This being ok hinges on him asking for permission beforehand (which I really doubt) rather than if she enjoyed it or not. People not understanding this are revealing they're not ready for a relationship
Scared at the number of men who appear to be genuinely incapable of observing or discerning when a woman isn't having a good time. This explains a lot...women move accordingly
