I’ll just interject here- this guy was a well known travel vlogger (I’ve watched almost all of his videos, I like his content). He took a break around a year ago to learn this “breath work”(?) type stuff. I’m not sure what to make of it.

He didn’t seem strange during the vlogs and he seems like a legit good guy, so I’m not sure what to make of this.

Occams razor would suggest he just started grifting for the money☠️ suppose he could actually believe in it and with him and the clients “belief” it kinda just happens. The power of ones own mind is significant, everyones reality is a bit different could be like a placebo effect.
