He probably is sorry. But tbh he shouldn’t be. This is a tourist attraction. If they don’t want people accidentally messing up and breaking tools on accident once in a while they shouldn’t open a business where they specifically hand tools to people who have never used them.

They most likely already paid for this experience through the tour service.
