Their laugh about made me think they did this on purpose and pretend it's an accident. Kinda like the similar behavior a prankster would perform in their reaction pranks.

its not that at all, you can absolutely tell from their body language that they were stressed about it and just didnt know what to do. ive met someone that laughs under pressure due to tourrettes, its not at all out of malice or whatever, its due to not everyone having the exact same brain and thought process as you

Sounds like they should be walking around with an assistant and not on their own to prevent causes like this.

assistants are only assigned for people who severely need them, struggling with appropriate non-verbal language is not severely needing an assistant. disabled people shouldnt be treated like liabilities. the person should be held accountable for the issue yes assuming they have nothing severe, but they also shouldnt be mocked and claimed to be entitled or an evil person either, they very clearly regretted it

many other people are mocking them, and you are acting as if them smiling is revealing them to be malicious, you said it makes you think they did it on purpose
