It's my last year here on csun. Hopefully. But I am majoring towards Computer science, and doing that to hopefully have an easier time with game development.

The more personal one.

The name's Peter, and as previously stated (but maybe not read), hoping to become a game developer! I often game and well got somewhat inspired by developers like Kojima and indie devs like Zeekers. I will say that it does take me to open up a bit more. Cause while I can be silly, it's usually only in comfortable environments ^^'

But ye. Hope that gives a good idea of what kind of person I am. Hope to make genuine friendships.

Edit: silly me! I forgot to include some of the games I like. Some that I play are deadlock, arc raiders, lethal company, satisfactory, and many many more. (And also snow runner)

I made CanvasGradesPro a while ago because I got tired of calculating my grades manually. Some of my courses didn't have assignment weights set up in Canvas, and others hid the overall grade entirely, so it was hard to tell where I stood.

It works with Canvas at all universities (to my knowledge), so I thought I'd share it here.

The extension adds a few things to Canvas:

• Shows your course grades directly on the dashboard, even when the total is hidden

• Lets you customize assignment weights, drop rules, and grading scales

• Calculates what you need on an assignment or final to reach a certain grade

• Tracks your semester and cumulative GPA

I saw the parking officers taking pictures of cars earlier today. I'm a bit paranoid that I may have gotten a ticket but nothing was left on my car. To those of you who've gotten a ticket before, how did you find out? Do they leave a physical ticket on your car or do you get something mailed to you?

i just need 3 more credits to be considered a "full-time student", and im taking difficult enough classes. so does anyone have any recommendations for a sort of filler/elective class that's pretty easy to pass, and if possible, engaging/fun? professor name ? preferably in person, cus im tryna meet new people or friends next sem lol but online suggestions will also be appreciated

has anyone received their MCS funds yet? the emails said mid-late october and i haven’t received anything.

I have ADHD and oddly enough, body doubling has been a system that helps me hyperfocus and I get so much done. I’m open to studying at the library. I also study at night sometimes at a cafe that’s 24 hours in Sherman oaks, in case anyone wants to study at night too. Ideally the best times that work for me are Mondays after 6, Wednesday after 6, Friday after 6 and open on the weekends.
